Good location right in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter . Lovely helpful staff . The hotel does arrange tours etc . But will not push these onto you.. Showers were warm at the most,never becoming hot BUT this was quite nice after a hot sweaty day in the capital. Beds ..comfy...TV in room..shower and bathroom clean and in room. Good value for mobey

Great location, clean comfy room, and exceptional staff. After a 1 night stay, we immediately embarked on a ha long bay cruise and, after returning, had a late night overnight train ride to Sapa. The staff allowed us to store our things there for a few hours prior to leaving, which we greatly appreciated, at no charge. We re-booked a 2 night stay at the end of our vacation since it exceeded all of our expectations. Book it! The location and staff can't be beat at a great price.

The staffs are friendly. It is within walking distance of Old Town and the Lake there is a convenience store and many restaurants nearby. it is quiet at night outside but some machine noise all day. But overall it was a comfortable stay and overall, I highly recommend it.

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. It’s right in the old quarter 15 or 20 min walk to everything interesting, but in a quieter section so it is not loud at night. We walked 5 minutes every morning to go to Banh Mi 25 (highly recommend for breakfast). The staff was super friendly and when one plug for the hairdryer didn't work they quickly provided a new hairdryer.

The air-conditioner was actually too powerful! We had to keep it set pretty warm to not freeze haha. Also the shower did not get very hot, but honestly we may have missed something to turn on the water heater. Both of these things are probably something we could have talked to the staff about and I have no doubt they would have addressed in some way (such as with extra blankets for the AC), but they didn't bother us enough to warrant us talking to the staff about so honestly I can't really complain.

Everything was neat and staff were very helpful. location was convenient in Old Quarter. Great value for money.

Sometimes the room can be a little old but it is always neat.

Basic breakfast is available for 3 usd per person but there are lot of cheaper places around for eating. They do not have a functional kitchen. The junior suite with terrace was fabulous for smokers like me. Very centrally located and 3 minutes walk to Don Xuan Market.

Cleaning Service was poor but otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Lily was the best host and helped us organise all of our trips from the Hotel from a boat tour to Halong to a mountain trek is Sapa along with the accommodation and buses for every thing. She went above and beyond, we are so lucky we booked with her it made our short stay in Vietnam manageable and we were able to see everything we wanted to. Would definitely come back!

Great value hotel, with great staff and perfect location. This was our second stay. It gets the job done!

Easy to get halal food because the hotel is very near to Al-Noor Mosque (Zaynab Restaurant is next to the Mosque). Also my praise goes to their outstanding staffs. Mdm Iyli helps us with nearly everything from booking of the bus and transfer taxi to reloading our wifi data. Her subordinates are very hardworking and trying their best to accommodates our need.

The staff were very helpful and location great. We booked our Ha Long Bay tour from the hotel as well, and it was the cheapest by far. We came back from a night bus and they even gave us a room for a couple of hours to rest in before going on the tour for free.
