Our stay at Hanoian Central Hotel was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond, surprising me with a cake and singing a birthday son, such a delightful and thoughtful gesture! I enjoyed the delicious breakfast, restaurant staffs were also excellent, you feel that they were near you all the time. The location is very good in the old quarter. It was easy to go to tourist attractions like Beer Street, Night Market and Hoan Kiem Lake, and it was nice that nearby tourist attractions were also a quick car ride away. It was a place that left such a good impression that I would like to visit again if I come to Hanoi in the future!

Hanoian central hotel & spa was an oasis in the midst of Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is comfortable with quiet room, well located, within waking distance of tourist sites and there are a tons of good food and coffee options nearby. Breakfast is really delicious and there are many options. The omelet was excellent. Finally all the staff at this hotel are really very kind and delicate. Even though it was late, they took the time to chat to me and brought me a much appreciated welcome drink with tea and cakes when I arrived. It provides not only room information but also information necessary for a pleasant trip to Hanoi. All the guidance was really kind, detailed and accurate. Even the luggage storage service and the handling of lost items left in the room were perfect. Thanks to this hotelier, this trip to Hanoi was really perfect and pleasant, so I want to come here again

I was traveling solo and felt incredibly safe and welcomed at this hotel. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, always ready to answer questions for help with directions. I loved the vibe quiet, but not isolating. My room was just the right size, with everything i needed. The bed was comfortable, wifi was strong and the breakfast buffet had something different every day, which kept things exciting. They also helped me plan my day trips without trying to upsell anything. It felt very honest and customer focused. I appreciated that a lot. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to other solo travelers looking for a stress free, central stay in Hanoi

Our stay at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa was incredible and I couldn't imagine experiencing Hanoi any other way. Staying right in the center of old quarter as perfect, everything was within walking distance, from amazing food to all the must-see sights. We were served by staff Antony. He was so professional, polite, friendly and proficient in English. He event went the extra mile by helping us to contact our private hire driver for return trip, as we were not proficient in Vietnamese language. We felt so welcomed during our stay here. We were given welcome drinks, green bean cake and sweet ginger upon check in. We briefly mentioned during hotel reservation that we were celebrating out anniversary. However, we did not expect that the hotel arrange to decorate out room and also gave complimentary cake! What a pleasant surprise! We truly loved staying here and will recommend it to any friends that visit Hanoi in the future

We traveled across Vietnam for 3 weeks and this was hands down the best hotel we stayed at. From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. The lobby smells great, the rooms are spotless, and the staff were always available to help. We booked a Ninh Binh tour through this hotel and it was perfectly organized. The guide was professional, the lunch included was tasty, and we had the chance to visit an authentic village and cycle through the rice fields. We also tried the spa at the hotel, it was a great way to relax after the tour. The massages was professional, the room was quiet and the service very respectful. Highly recommend including it in your stay

Hanoi old quarter is quite crowed

This was perhaps the best hotel experience I've had in my many travels across the world. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs for no apparent reason. They were very genuine in their service. The food was great! The chicken pho was simple and heart warming. Tommy helped us expedite our visa in just a few hours and checked up on us to make sure we were comfortable. Molly, Elsa, and Andrew were the other folks that made us feel very special. The room itself was very comfortable with sufficient A/C, fluffy pillows, soft beds, and nice decor. The location of the hotel is great being central to a lot of different spots. Plenty of food, spa, massage, and drinking options within walking distance including some with Michelin recognition.If you're looking for a good hotel with top of the line service and convenient location, look no further, this is where you must stay. I will definitely be back to this wonderful city and will be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel is located in a comparatively quieter streets of old quarter. Its a good location just few minutes walk from all the frequently visted places by tourists in old quarter. The hotel is clean and staff right from the boys who help you with luggage to the management staff all have been nothing but kind, welcoming and helpful. I would like to mention Mr Tommy who has been in touch since our reservation much before with left for Vietnam and has been kindly replying to all my queries even some not related to the hotel but generally about Vietnam. He is such an amazing and kind person. He goes above and beyond to makes sure all his guests comfortable. Breakfast is good too although we were always rushing and didnt get time to enjoy the awesome spread at lesuire. The staff were kind enough to let us pack breakfast for our long connecting early morning flight as we were rushing. Thank you Mr Tommy for your hospitality and if we vist Hanoi we defenately will stay at Hanoian Central hotel and recommend your hotel to all our friends and fanily.

This was a great location in Hanoi’s old quarter for walking around the city. It’s close to restaurants and honestly which we took full advantage of. Highlights: Staff was attentive- they helped us book tours, arranged same day laundry, took care of airport transfer, etc. Location-central and easy for walking to a lot of sites. Breakfast included- there was a lot of hot food and tons of fruit and breads to chose from. AC worked very well! Good size rooms. A special thanks to Elsa for her help!

The property is really special . The staff makes it warm and hospitable. Especially Antony and Andrew who went all the way to help us get the room when we came here looking for room. All the time we stayed here we were greeted warmly and well managed by the staff. I definitely recommend this place . And would rate 11 out of 10. Once again many thanks to Antony and all the the other staff here for making our holiday so happy and memorable 😊😊

Nothing everything was absolutely perfect

Our experience at this hotel was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Daisy at reception was fantastic as were all other staff, my wife was unwell for a couple of days while here and they were very kind and caring bringing her food when she was unable to leave the room and anything else she required. The breakfast was great with both buffet and order options. It is in a great location and walking distance for all the sights and markets to visit, with great coffee shops in the same street and also near really good food. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. The room was very clean with both a comfortable bed and great shower you will not be disappointed. Thanks again to Daisy and staff for making our stay unforgettable.
