Good value for money, beds very comfortable. Lee, the guy in charge was AMAZING. He went over and above to provide guidance and assistance - including by sending my son's headphones to us in Hue (after my son left them behind in the apartment). What's more, Lee refused to accept a cent in return. Based on our experience, you can rest assured you are in good hands if you stay here.

Don't rely on kitchen as such - good for a cup of tea etc. you'd be mad to eat in anyway. No shortage of tasty cheap eats within close proximity.

Location was awesome, convenient and walkable to many touristic location. There were many fruit vendors and Vietnamese breakfast near Ficus Suites so we got to taste some authentic breakfast. All the staffs we met were amazing people, Manager Lee Vu, Ashley, Leo, Apple and Lu. From the moment we arrived at the property they assisted us in every possible ways, making us comfortable and attended to all our request. It was such a pleasant stay and we genuinely felt at home. The staffs recommended places to visit and it greatly helped. The rooms were so clean and all the basic needs were provided. What I liked most was housekeeping everyday, after a tiring day when we go back to our room it was tidy and clean. I would strongly recommend the fellow travellers to choose this property. If I re-visit Vietnam, I will definitely choose Ficus Suites again. I usually do not review if the property didn't meet my exception, but Ficus Suites was exceptional. Thank you Ficus Suites!

A great place to stay. Highly recommend. Perfect location in the city center but in the quieter part. Close to the main attractions and worth-vising locations. The room is pretty, beds are wide and comfortable, big nice bathroom, kitchen and private balkon. Nice coffee place in front of the hotel. Stuff is very helpful and friendly. Special big thanks to the manager Lee who helped us with lots of things like getting train and bus tickets, tours to the Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, etc. and guiding us even after we checked out.

It is located within reach of everything: restaurants and near the highway. One can walk to the famous train station, the dong xuan market and the countless restaurants and stores. Service is excellent as they helped arrange the itinerary we prepared. They also provided us airport and car transfers. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, clean bath with hot and cold shower. Spacious rooms!! Staff are friendly, efficient and very accommodating. Quiet surroundings make the stay so relaxing!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and just the right amount of firmness. There was a microwave, washing machine and stove available for use. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Apple.

The location was a little far from the Old Quarter so there were not a lot of decent restaurants around, but since the hotel was just outside the Old Quarter, the walk there only took around 15 to 20 minutes.

The staff is amazing; they go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They are so welcoming that their hospitality alone makes the experience worthwhile. The location is great, for us it was easy to find and close to the old quarter.

Some minor maintenance could be improved in certain details. For example, I would have liked to use the Japanese toilet, which was out of order. However, these are just small details overall.There's a Japanese toilet

Nice big unit with 3 rooms, big enough to accommodate group comfortably. Stayed during winter, duplex was equipped with heater which is useful as the temp dropped to 10’c. Comes with kitchen, fridge, 3 bathrooms. Only setback was the location requires some walking to popular eatery. About 1-2km walk and Hanoi pathways are not comfortable to walk on as many motorbikes park on the pathway. But if you are travelling in group of 6 person and above and would like to stay together this is one of the best option available. The hotel provides daily clean up and refills on the coffee and teas. Will book here again if coming with a group of people.

Absolutely loooved the accommodation. I've lost a lot of time searching for hotels in Hanoi because I've had some bad experiences, but these suites have been top!! I tried 2 different rooms, the studio and the 2 room apartment and they are both spacious, well equipped, sparkling clean and with very comfy beds. Also, the people at the reception are the kindest souls I've met! They've helped me with so much, from booking a sleeper bus, to booking a taxi to the airport, to checking in in the middle of the night. They are true professionals and their service was impeccable

Large apartment, bed very comfortable. Desk space comfortable for work. Daily room cleaning and water bottles provided. Staff were very friendly at reception and told us about the area and taught us Vietnamese words. Great walking distance to everything Old Quarter has to offer, lots of good food options around the area.

Shower is hard to get into with the high bath, not suitable for those with limited movement. Construction across the road started early and ended late, but didn’t affect our stay too much.

The suite is a spacious apartment located in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of food, groceries and coffee options all around. Great "home base" for tourists interested in exploring Hanoi old centre by foot. The two receptionists were both delightful, always ready for a quick chat and personal recommendations.
