The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Ms. Ngoc. She is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything we asked for, she took care of within minutes. She was always available throughout our stay. Ms. Ngoc is truly a gem. We will definitely come back soon. Thank you!

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the breakfast buffet. Almost everything was served with pork, and since we don’t eat pork, we couldn’t fully enjoy the meal.

Love that the hotel is slightly away from the buzzling area near the Old Quarters so it was a perfect accommodation to wind down closer to the end of the trip. Lovely fragrance used in the hotel and it's very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend it to people looking for a quieter accommodation but still relatively close to the Old Quarters and the museums.

The modern, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms and amenities

The breakfast could be improved with a buffet option and also, the hotel will benefit to have a pool and spa available. The other thing which I found, along with other Google reviews, the hotel management needs to improve on not allowing silly young girls taking over the public spaces of the hotel to take photos for social media. It overcrowds the public areas and also makes it very inconvenient and uncomfortable to have people loitering in the hotel for hours to take photos and occupying the hotel when they are not guests. Unfortunately, by allowing this to continue it downgrades and cheapens the hotel.

The hotel was excellent value for money, so many hotel staff eager to help make your experience perfect on every way. The hotel was very clean, the room was very comfortable with a cute little balcony and all the amenities you would expect at a luxury hotel but with a really good price.

The restaurant food was excellent but as someone new to Vietnam I wasn’t yet ready to have noodle soup for breakfast; would be nice to have a few international Options on the menu for breakfast . But the salmon salad I ordered was excellent

No vegetarian food in breakfast, which only had 3-4 dishes catered towards Chinese/Korean guests. Staff was impolite and the locations wasn’t the best. It’s at the outskirts of old town

The room was pretty quiet for us. The hotel seems still new.

The shower drain didn't work too well and it would quickly turn into a bath when taking a shower. I would not expect this for a hotel like this. The TV channels also didn't work too well, a lot of stuttering and hanging when trying to watch something. The television was basically unusable.

Fantastic hotel and great value for money. The hotel was very modern and clean. The best was the staff who were extremely welcoming and helpful. Especially Ngoc at reception who helped me out even though it was really busy. I only stayed for one night but I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Hanoi 10/10.

Fantastic hotel! Everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillow, quiet, spacious bed- and bathroom, plenty of amenities, super clean, thick towels, nice breakfast (which they are working ho improve), incredibly friendly staff… In other words: perfect. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again if I’m ever in Hanoi again.
