The staff is very friendly, helpful and also really polite!! This is the first time we saw a hotel polishing the cutlery. As a fellow hotel worker I appreciate that!!!! We had a great view of the train tracks from our room. You will hear the train in the day but sleep through it in the night. You won’t get bothered. my vegetarian wife was happy with the selection from the breakfast. the breakfast is small but I’m pretty sure you will find something you like. we did it every day!

The internet could be slow if you try to watch a movie. but they got lots so you can just change to another one to get better Connection

The walls were quite thin, so you could hear what was going on in every room next and above you. Also the quality of the internet was not ideal for video calls.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Never fail to greet you whenever you're leaving or arriving back at the hotel. Didn't enjoy the first night due to some room issues but the staff quickly fixed it by upgrading us to another room and it was much better after. Location is not too bad, the bed is quite comfortable, and the room is quite big as well.

The first night was not pleasant as the room we had were not very soundproofed so we can't really sleep well, and the aircon was leaking as well. Breakfast was mediocre, they serve the same menu everyday.

They were responsive in Booking.com & offers assistance to guests. The hotel has a lot of good food options nearby. The attractions are walking distance. Comfy bed & spacious room (but not new, it looked renovated from an old-style hotel).

It came with free breakfast but not exceptional so we only tried it for one night. I was charged during checkout so the Grab rides has to wait as we transact the payment. You can hear the people chatting & walking outside. It has one tiny elevator that only fits 2 pax w/ luggage. Lobby was hot. They didn't open the air-con our whole stay. People at the breakfast area weren't approachable. The photo in booking.com is a little far from the actual in terms of "freshness" of the room. Hehe!

1. Staff speaks English 2. Rooms are as advertised 3. Noise isolation from the street is good (double glazing or so it seems) 4. Reasonable price (for Hanoi) 5. They even have an HDMI connected to the TV.

1. It's obviously dated and can be slightly renovated. 2. Cleanliness could be improved. 3. Curtains need to fully block incoming light.

The two receptionists were very friendly and helped with any requests I had, such as printing and early check in. Lots of channels on the TV in English (including movie channels)

The shower in the room (with a bath) is very short, probably around 170cm so it's difficult to stand under it. The bath is quite small too (only an issue in rooms with a bath, rooms with only a shower have a tall enough shower) The WiFi was weak in the first room I stayed in. When I came back for another stay it was much better, perhaps one side of the hotel gets better reception

Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Walking distance to old quarter. Easy to find hotel with easy road side parking. I drove my car there and the neighbourhood is safe.

Convenient location, it’s near the train market and the Old Quarter. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff were helpful. It’s not so loud despite being close to the railway.

There was no bathtub at least in my room, but the shower was nice

The staff was excellent! Very helpful and honest with Information provided. Even helped me recover an overpayment to a cab driver.

The room is not a good as the pictures showed. It is misleading. The price also was pegged at 50% off. So you think you’ve got a great deal. But really you get what you pay for. But again I say the hotel otherwise had excellent service. I was quite satisfied.

The location is ideal. Right next to train street, a ten minute walk from the Old Town. There are loads of cafes and restaurants there to enjoy and places to visit. The bedroom was pleasant and the staff were accommodating.

The breakfast was not great….barely any choice and they weren’t refilling it often. My boyfriend (6”2) couldn’t fit in the shower, it was at his shoulder height…
