Hotel was located in a safe area (next to the army camp). Location was easy to move about & conveniently located plus able to cover a number of places on foot. Breakfast was average - simple, good & satisfying. Staff was super friendly, helpful, polite & always greeting with a smile. From the moment we step foot into the hotel till our departure, it was more than pleasant. Always giving advise on things to do and even took the effort to remember us. Many thanks to the staff Julia & Charlie who did our check-in & Kevin who was pretty profound on local knowledge and gave help & advise on sightseeing questions.

This hotel is fabulous! I was staying there 2 days and felt completely happy. Completely amazing interior. My room was small and I really enjoyed of it. Very cozy and clean. Staff are friendly, very helpful and polite. One of them knows Russian language even. Her name is Zina. Dining room is perfect! Breakfast very delicious and always on the time. What I also like that hotel located in very comfortable location in old city. I fall in love to Hanoi and highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

The hotel is a very well located, clean and welcoming hotel. Our room was pretty but small without window. Staff was nice and helpful. Airport shuttles and other services were available at reasonable prices.

Due to the lack of windows, the room became sticky quite easily after showering because shower and toilet were integrated in the room, with a glass door separation only. The breakfast offer may be more varied, and should be available at least until the official end of breakfast time. The last day we felt unwelcome taking our breakfast during the last 15 minutes, food and coffee were already removed before we had finished.

I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and overall aesthetic of the hotel. Although not excessively lavish, the place had a cozy and inviting atmosphere that exceeded my expectations. What truly made my stay memorable was the staff. Kevin, Leo, and the wonderful ladies at the kitchen and reception went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. They were always available to answer any questions I had and even provided me with useful information via WhatsApp. Their warm and hospitable nature was undoubtedly the highlight of my stay, and I couldn't be more grateful for their exceptional service. Nestled in the heart of the city, this hotel's prime location provided easy access to all the important places I wanted to visit.

If I had to nitpick, the it says the room had a balcony, but it was too small not usable as it was overlooking the busy road.

I liked everything! It's located just opposite to an army headquarters! so safe place. Staffs are so good and friendly especially Mr. Kevin and Mr. Leo! Both are very good... Kevin provided lots of local information, so I used to ask him all details before I go out! Morning breakfast was very good, decent! Small room with all facilities! Thalong Water puppet show, Beer street, Night Market, Lake all are walkable distance! I loved Hanoi...

Nothing much, I enjoyed the stay!

The room was large and had good hot water. And very quiet at night .The location was great .You could walk any where . The Staff was very friendly . Hannah the tour guide arranged trips for us to Sapa and Cat Ba island . We could leave our luggage there. And take a smaller bag for these overnighters. Thanks

Location is great and quiet. Staff are professional and kind and answered all my questions - they even gave good recommendations. We stayed in the suite and it was a great room size, comfortable. Bed size is good too. Free teas and coffee.

The building is a little older. The rooms were clean enough but not spotless. It’s had some wear and tear. One big issue was that our towels were pretty dirty and torn. There were a few small bugs in the room. Lastly, the manager came to greet us and was very kind. He then brought us to our room and explained everything to me, like the closet, the kettle, the shower, etc. Although this is very kind of him, it’s not necessary. It would be best if he directed us to the elevator then let us into the room ourselves.

We have used Booking.com for twenty years or more, and we have never needed to give a poor revue. We would rather talk to the hotel management ourselves. But I can assure you our experience with My Moon Hotel has been excellent from the moment we arrived, Charlie welcomed us and Kevin has made our life booking trips etc great. Both guys speak fluent English and all the staff have really welcomed us , thank you (gammon) everyone.

Such a charming hotel with friendly staff members that help you with anything you need. The rooms look cute and the breakfast was filling. Its located very near the center and its easy to walk around the city. Theres a mini fridge and complimentary water bottles which came in handy.
