Staff were so nice and helpful all the time. Everything was smooth. Our room was a little small but comfortable enough. Room was kinda clean in general. I think it was a really nice budget hotel you can find in such a prime area. it is just in the middle of Tay Ho and Old Quarter. You can either walk or take a cab. I think the location was just perfect. Far from the center's chaos but still close enough to get there easily and nearby there are so many nice cafes and restaurants! I would stay again in the future..

Charming Stay at The Flower Boutique – Perfect for Solo Travelers! I stayed at The Flower Boutique Hotel in May 2025 and had a truly lovely experience. As a solo traveler, I felt completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The location is ideal—every major attraction in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and beyond was within a 30-minute walk. From Hoan Kiem Lake and the Temple of Literature to street food spots and local markets, everything was accessible by foot. I only used public transport to get to and from the airport, which was smooth and inexpensive. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—a perfect retreat after exploring the busy streets of Hanoi. Room service was provided daily, and the staff maintained everything to a high standard. The hotel itself is charming, with thoughtful touches and friendly service that made me feel genuinely welcome. The staff happily opened the doors for me and helped me with my luggage. Visiting in May was great—warm weather with occasional showers, but nothing that stopped me from enjoying the city. If you're headed to Hanoi and looking for a peaceful, well-located boutique hotel, I highly recommend The Flower Boutique Hotel. I would absolutely stay again! Very nice cozy hotel with a great stuff and close to the city center

Everything was just excellent. The hotel had just opened and everything looked, felt and smelt fresh. Staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Bed was very very comfortable. Towels, bathrobe and sheets very clean. The room I was in was extremely quiet and it even had a cute little balcony overlooking a period building which was lovely. The location was perfect, just outside of the old quarter, to avoid the noise, but close enough to walk to the quarter. I was travelling by myself and had no issues walking by myself even at midnight. I had done a lot of research prior to my stay as the most important aspects for me are for the hotel to be quiet (I tend to be a light sleeper), close to busier places and for the bed to be comfy. I even found 2 amazing eating spots closeby, a bun cha place and a bun rieu place - delicious and very cheap. This hotel has met and even exceeded my expectations, I will definitely be returning here in the future. And I very rarely rate a 10 out of 10. Perfect stay, thank you very much, Cảm ơn!

Nothing at all, everything was wonderful!

Excellent property and staff it was a very good stay I booked their middle category room but as the hotel had empty rooms they upgraded me to one level up which was their top category room as well. It was big and nice with an amazing view of the beautiful Hanoi city close to lake and old quarters everything was within few minutes walk.

Ahh unfortunately there was a school construction nearby so they would start early around 7 waking me up so if you are a late riser like me mind it I was staying in October 2023 it shall complete by December 23

Good buffet breakfast. Nice coffee/food/beer place opposite. Walking distance to lots of good eateries. The staff were all enthusiastic and helpful. Most of the staff spoke excellent English and the one who's English wasn't so good was nonetheless very helpful…

Overall, the hotel was very good. The room I stayed in had a wide view of the city, it was spacious and the air conditioning worked well. I booked a family room, but when I arrived, I didn’t get the room I had reserved. However, the hotel arranged two adjoining rooms for me with a shared outer door — spacious yet still very private. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to the city center and the Old Quarter, but it’s very quiet and not as crowded as the Old Quarter. The staff were very enthusiastic and attentive.

Unfortunately, during my stay, there was a storm with several days of rain. The room I stayed in had an unpleasant smell due to poor drainage. Although the hotel staff were very helpful and offered to change my room, after speaking with a few other guests in the elevator who were staying on different floors, I learned that they were experiencing the same issue. So I decided not to change rooms. Instead, the hotel provided me with an essential oil diffuser to help with the smell. I really appreciate the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the hotel staff — from the housekeeping lady, the doorman, to the front desk staff.

It was a good room set up. We had nice balconies with views. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable It was a very good stay for the price range

The location.it rained every day while we were there and the street and surroundings were really not very clean. So moving around on foot in the rain was less than pleasant. The bedroom was very clean but the kitchenette area was rather old and not very clean or well maintained. The shower did not work well - prob because we were in a high floor and the water pressure was low. That said the bathroom was clean and manageable and the shower did serve its purpose

The staff were excellent and so very helpful. We loved the layout and decor of the room and having a balcony was great to watch the activity on the street below. The breakfast choices, although limited compared to bigger hotels, were excellent. The breakfast menu offered different types of omelettes which were the best we have had during our month holiday in Vietnam. Crepes, French toast and pho were also available made to order. Delicious!

We found the bath/shower combination awkward to use with water running around the outside of the bath. The addition of somewhere the put the suitcase up off the floor would be good.
