The google map should be pinned at the right place. Right now, it is pinned about 100 metres ahead and the cabs can't figure out.

Clean and quiet

The localization is really really good. It's calm, safe, near the lake. You can walk around and go to eat easily. A small coffee just near the building is super nice and welcoming.

The place was not clean. There was still hair in the shower. The kitchen didn't even have cutlery. The smell in the apartment was bad, smelling like mold. I don't think they even clean the floor seeing how our feet was black after 5 min in the apartment. The washing mashine's dryer function was not working. The fan's electricity cable was cut and holding just with some rubber band... They are not taking care of the apartment at all, and it's a pity because it could be a very good one.

Communication from the staff was extremely bad bad. The were not replying and they didn’t send the entry code until the evening of the check-in. Luckily the maid was still around to let us in. After getting to the place, it was very dirty. The floors were not cleaned and the bathroom was very grimey. I would not want to cook in the kitchen. Dust and grime all over the place. Stained pillows. To top it off, it also took four phone calls to receive the wifi passcode because it wasn’t written down and no one knew what it was.
