The location is fantastic. A very good local restaurant round the corner a coffee shop and cocktail bar next door and lots of small bars and coffee shops within a short walk. Can reach Old Town in a 15 mins walk Also very very close to the lakes. Celina gave the best customer service I have ever seen. She was available on WhatsApp to give advice and help with recommendations for attractions in Hanoi. She even sent me a weather warning when a cold spell was coming so I had chance to buy some warm clothes! I had a small problem with my shower and when I reported it to her no sooner had I put my phone down there was a knock at my door and the maintenance man sorted the issue out within 5 mins. Thank you for your help and outstanding customer service

My room didn’t have much of a view but I spend so much time exploring the lovely area that I really just used the apartment for sleeping and showering.

Location was fantastic! It was right at the bustling Truc Bach district, and not far from the Old Quarter. Celina, one of the staff, was extremely nice and kind. They were also very nice to give me a free upgrade when there was a small inconvenience with the original room I was assigned to. The room was absolutely huge and cozy. Although the staff did not speak English, many of them tried to help me whenever there were some minor issues in the room. I had just a fantastic time here!

Some minor issues like old and occasionally malfunctioning furniture and toilet (The staff was nice to come fix it right away but the problems kept coming back). The only main problem I had was the payment method. They informed me I had to pay in cash because their card machine broke and they did not accept bank transfer. They told me that they would get a card machine a few days after my departure so I think new hotel users won't have this problem.

This place is very well-located, making it easy to explore the area. Celina took great care of the guests and was always helpful, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The cleaning and laundry services were also excellent—everything was clean, and my laundry was returned fresh and well-folded. A solid choice for anyone looking for convenience and good service. In walkable distance are several coffe shops and restaurants, perfect location for a short or long term stay in Hanoi.

We had a absolutely great stay in this place, we stayed for one week. The apartment was spacious, very clean, had a nice little kitchen, the bed was comfortable and the location perfect. It's next to West lake so it's great for some cleaner air and walks but it's also not far from the old town, you can reach a lot in 15min walk or a short taxi ride. The staff was great, very helpful and the laundry service was good too. We would definitely stay here again.

I was at this space for one week and really loved my stay here! The studio apartment was spacious, comfortable, super clean and in such a lovely location. Also, they had laundry machines on the roof! Not only was I happy to get out of the heavy tourist area of the old quarter, but the building was right off a beautiful lake for walking, relaxing, and for coffees and drinks. The neighborhood had lots of great places to eat and it was a 25 min walk to the old quarter and several other places I wanted to go. On top of all this - the management and staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They watched my suitcase for over one week when I left Hanoi for some travel. I appreciate them and will definitely stay there again when I’m back.

A lot of food options that open early, and close late. All right beside the building. There aren't a lot of tourists like us, so it's nice to see which places the locals hang out at. The room is huge as well, with all necessities provided — fridge, microwave, soap, shampoo, and even cooking utensils. Water is relatively safe to drink, though kettle has too much limescale built up. Glad that they offer free filtered water in the lobby, which I used every morning on my way out. The two caretakers speak a bit of english. They are extremely friendly and helpful to make up for any language barriers. The uncle offered to call my driver on his phone when he saw me waiting for a long time. Thank you! The building is old, but generally well-maintained. Might feel a little scary at first, but the room is bright and spacious. It's not a brand new IG-worthy airbnb, but that's not what we're paying for anyway.

Firstly, the building can be hard to find. A few locals seem to have trouble finding it — grab driver and tour guide included. Secondly, the limescale build-up of the kettle is really quite bad. I couldn't remove everything even after boiling with vinegar. I believe it's not fully their fault, it's just a matter of how the water in Hanoi (Truc Bach) is.

Loved the location, right by the lake which is gorgeous. Very close to the old quarter, beer corner and ho chi minh’s mausoleum all within walking distance but it’s quiet enough there that you can still rest well. The staff were so kind and helpful. I had an evening flight on the day I checked out and they looked after my bag so I could do one last day of exploring around town! There’s loads of shops nearby including a 24 hour minimart opposite and some great restaurants and bars too. The shower was fantastic and the air con and wifi were also great.

Room could have been a bit cleaner, some facilities were a little dated eg the fridge was very loud and right next to the bed so I just left it unplugged. Water cooler in the lobby did not work to refill my water bottle but staff kindly shared some of their drinking water with me.

We were in Hanoi on and off for 2 months and this apartment was our absolute favourite- we returned repeatedly! This is a must book accommodation for those looking for a homey stay. The location is amazing. Outside of the old quarter (but walking distance) the neighbourhood is wonderful. The restaurants and cafes nearby are incredible, on weekends the nearby street becomes a pedestrian street for local food vendors. There’s much to do in the area while you also enjoy the quiet street at night, which is great in Hanoi. We rented various units including the two bedroom, one bedroom, and studio apartments. All of them were fantastic. The bathrooms are clean with separate shower areas, the kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridges and most importantly the beds are super comfy. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Loved everything!

- Bathroom was clean, no weird smells. - Very spacious room, we were able to organise our suitcases comfortably. - The water pressure (shower) was super strong and easily adjustable. - The air conditioner worked well and was silent. The remote is in Japanese, but it's fairly easy to figure out which buttons to press. - The location is good. It's next to the West Lake, but we didn't have a view of it. There's also plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. - It was quiet most of the time. There's 3 rooms on one floor, so there's not much foot traffic in the hallway either. - The doorman received packages for us and kept them safe, when we ordered stuff online.

- Couch and bed mattress were a little too thin and hard for me personally, but I was able to sleep normally. - On the ground floor you have to go up a few steps (5-8?) to get to an elevator (might not be suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs). The doorman always helped with our luggage, though. - The fridge in our room was a little noisy sometimes. You can unplug it at night, if you don't need it, so it didn't bother us as much.

We had a lovely stay, the personel was really kind and helpful. Trough whatsapp we were very kindly assisted with our plans, including a chaffeur to Ba Vi, which was very professionally organised. Futhermore the location was great!

Because the dishes dry in one of the cabinets, there was a bit of a moldy smell if you opened this cabinet. the rest of the facilities were nice and clean.
