Rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. Reception were kind, professional and very helpful with tours and bus booking, could not fault them. The young blokes working as bar staff at the hotels bar were exceptionally amazing. Incredibly friendly, social and fun, I went in for one drink and ended up drinking, singing and playing cards for hours. They deserve a raise.

As a younger tourist inclined to adventure and social fun the location is in a more residential area and wasn’t ideal for me. That is my fault for not searching the location properly before hand, although the bar staff more than made up for that.

Centrally located and easy to access. The rooms were big with spacious bathrooms and large comfy beds. Thînh, LAN (the young receptionist) was very welcoming, patient, and helpful. He offered some insight on the river tours and assisted in planing our time in Ninh Bin. He also recommend a gorgeous night market and places to eat around the hotel. He happily arranged taxis around the city and let us call him anytime we needed help. The best part was he did everything with a lovely smile. We would happily recommend this place to others and come back again.

New building, everything clean, everything comfortable. The room was big and there was plenty of space to work with the laptop, the bathroom and the shower big too. Comfortable the bed and the pillows. The staff was professional and helpful, in particular the (only) guy that could speak good English, he provided me with tips and suggestions. Breakfast was abundant. The laundry service was perfect and for a fair price, they called the bus for me, I could have got a motorbike easily and for a fair price, but I didn't because it was raining too much.

The bar and the restaurant are clean and big, but kind of "abandoned", no-one around, I couldn't eat there. In the surroundings there aren't many restaurants and it's a bit far from the famous areas of Ninh Binh.

The hotel looked quite new, the room was clean and bright. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked perfectly. We could do our laundry for a reasonable price per kg, which was appreciated. It's a decent budget option for this city. The breakfast was also good.

The internet was a little bit weak in the room so sometimes we had to go to the lobby.

The location is 10 minutes from the center of town.There is a beautiful garden outside the rooms and a small pool.You get a breakfast included with the room.The staff are great and helpful.The room is lovely and clean.The beds here seem to all the same and very comfortable.This is also very quiet.I am going back to Tam coc this afternoon and will try and get a room there there.

The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our one-night stop in Ninh Binh. We chose the location because it was walking distance from the train station. The hotel also accommodated my request for early check-in (charged 30% of one night because we arrived at 9:00 from the overnight train).

Nobody was in the kitchen or dining room when I went for breakfast so I didn't get the breakfast that I'd ordered. The bathroom could use renovating to match the standard of the room.

Staff very helpful, attentive and proactive. Location was convenient and there some shops with food within walking distance. The room furniture are adequate, room is clean and especially the bathroom. Bed is comfortable, air-conditioning and water heater is good too.

We requested for late checkout at 13:30 hr when we paid our room fees, staff agreed. The day of checkout they called and asked us checkout before 13:00 hr.

The location is good, right at the center, easy access to any location of the city. There is a nice bathtub that the kids can play, the mattress are comfortable. Friendly staff, supportive with early check-in & late checkout.

The breakfast from last few times staying was not so tasty, few options to choose.

Maybe the location is not perfect, as it's like at least 7 min away from more decent restaurants. In the area are only local ones. But you have a few options around. So not a big problem.

Rooms were a nice size, bed super comfy, bathrooms were modern and clean. Smart TV worked great as well. They gave us free late check out (1pm) when we asked and free water when we asked to buy some when we were checking out. Breakfast was basic but cheap, so can't complain.
