The room was really spacious and the separate bathroom was really clean with a good shower. The beds were also super comfortable. The owners were lovely. They don’t speak much English but Dai who works for them is super helpful and booked us a tour for the national park as well as transport onto the next town.

There isn’t a lot in the town of Ninh Binh to do aside for the national park but this is not the fault of the property. Also there is a really annoying rooster that starts making noise very very early so be sure to wear ear plugs!

The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering all the essential amenities, including water bottles, coffee, a properly functioning shower, a hairdryer, a toothbrush, and more. Additionally, the hotel provides assistance with booking bus tickets, which we utilized and were very satisfied with.

Hotel was nice and clean, room was big and had a fridge and nice bathroom. Staff were so accommodating and helped us book bus tickets etc and suggested places to eat :)

We really enjoyed our stay but we were backpacking and even though we were close to the centre, it’s not where all the backpackers stay! So not much nightlife, just to keep in mind if that’s what you’re looking for!

The guy at the reception was very nice and helpful! There wasn’t much choice left in Ninh Binh when I was booking my accommodation so didn’t expect much but service was good, my room was huge and the bed and pillows were comfy! If you are just simply looking for a place to crash then it’s perfect!

My room looked clean but I don’t think they have looked into drawers and cleaned them for a while!

Hotel was basic and clean. Unlike other reviews the bed was super comfortable. The staff were lovely, helped us book our bus tickets, we rented a motorbike from them cheap and easily and we did our laundry there which was done quickly. We even got walked to the main road to catch our next bus. The price/quality is very good. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good rooms as pictured. Very helpful front desk. They organized breakfast at a cafe nearby and booked a car for us to visit the nearby sites. We enjoyed our stay. They also rescheduled a tour when we woke up feeling sick.

This is a good spot if you plan to use it as a base for tours, but it's a very quiet area and there's not a lot nearby. A few restaurants, a corner store, and a cafe for basics but beyond that you need a vehicle.

Hired mopeds from the hotel. Simple to arrange with the staff. Also arranged a day trip to the temples and river. Allowed us to store our bags until the evening when our train was due. 6 minute car journey to the train station.

decent stay, we stayed the night we got there from a night bus so we checked in at 4am and left the next morning. the room was comfortable with a great shower with preassure and hot water. the best part tho was Dai, a guy from the staff with good english that helped us rent some motorbikes, taxis, asking information for buses etc. overall really helpful! which is something we appreciated in an area with little english and sometimes difficult to find information:)

NOT related to the hotel, which was great, but we booked this one because was close to the bus station, however, mind that only travel buses go to that station and local buses (cheaper but more difficult to find) leave you outside the city center, so we had to grab a taxi to get there.

The host was very nice and helpful. He picked us up from the train station and helped us with everything we asked him. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The location is fine but there’s not much to do here. If you want to see nice places you can get a taxi or a motorbike to an other place (Tam Coc or Trang An).

I had food poisoning while staying here and the owners were very sweet and couldn’t be more helpful in extending our stay while I got better. Lovely hot showers & very clean room overall. Great value considering the price of the room.
