Everything was amazing we stayed for 3 nights. They cooked us a fresh delicious breakfast every morning with coffee. The beds were clean and comfortable. They helped us rent a bike and book our bus. They brought us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right one. The location is beautiful and close enough to walk to the town, but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle for peace and quiet. It’s a family owned business and they really made us feel at home. Couldn’t recommend more

The place is very beautiful! It’s away from all the noise of the village, with very modern and clean rooms. They offer motorbike and bicycle rentals, as well as several breakfast options. It’s only a 15-minute walk to Tam Coc village (not 30 minutes as Google Maps says). The staff is friendly and always willing to help (however, they don’t speak English, except for one of the girls, so communication was a bit challenging. but They helped us with everything we needed, and we felt very comfortable at all times).

The room (little bungalow) was really nice and clean with very comfortable bed and all basic amenities you need. One big advantage of the room was having AC/heating. There were also chairs overlooking the pound where one can chill. The accommodation had breakfast included (but they were rather simple). The family doesn’t really speak English but we have managed to communicate simple requests. We liked the location as it was a little bit remote at the end of the village about 30 min walk to the touristy part of Tam Coc but for some people it might be far or not suitable as there is really nothing around. There is also limestone factory behind the accommodation which some people might find disturbing but it was quiet and somehow complemented the surroundings.

We booked the accommodation with the excitement of having bouncy castle but unfortunately there wasn’t any🙁

a very peaceful place to stay! A king sized room with lake view was clean and very comfortable. Working air con and a fan which made the room very cool. Powerful and hot shower which i very much appreciated! We arrived at 5am and the landlady was waiting to check us in and very swiftly took us to our rooms so we could rest. There was cooked to order breakfast each morning which you pre-ordered the night before, which was very tasty. She was so helpful and booked us taxi’s when we needed them. It’s a 8 minute drive from tam coc, so very close, but taxi’s and grab were tricky to get. There are bicycles and mopeds available to rent from the homestay which was handy. Overall a very lovely, peaceful stay!

Difficulty getting a grab, however host was very helpful sorting us taxis.

Very chill and comfy spot in Tam Coc! The scenery is absolutely gorgeous in this area, much better than if you stay in the center of Tam Coc, and it is so relaxing at this homestay. The family is very nice and incredibly helpful! We rented a scooter, booked our bus out of the city and did our laundry through them at great rates and the services were delivered perfectly. We were very lucky to have them =) Breakfast is nice and the room is clean and very private. Really recommend this spot!

Hot water supply is limited

If you are looking for a nice very calm place to stay in Tam Coc, this is a great choice! The room is cozy, the place is really calm between the mountains and there is basically nothing there, so you can expect peace and quiet! Hoever, the location also means it is harder to get there by Grab and you must use bicycles to get around. Bicycles is definately the BEST way to experience Tam Coc anyways!

The staff was sometimes hard to find.

King room with a great view over the lake view was extremely comfortable and clean, with functioning air con and a fan, The shower was powerful. We did not arrive until 5am and the host was waiting for us to check us in and take us to our rooms. The host made us a cooked to order breakfast every morning that we pre ordered the night before. There are bicycles and push bikes to rent from this homestay to get around on..overall it was really nice. Extremely peaceful and relaxing.

There was not anything I did not like

The cabin was super sweet and cozy. It was clean and there was a heater and hot water what was great during the cold weather. Young lady was really helpful and welcoming, served us hot tee as we arrived. She rented us a motorbike with good price and helped with everything else also. Location was little bit out of the main round so it was quiet and the walk to the main road where all the restaurants and shops are (15min) was beautiful. Price was good and we would totally recommend Cat Luong homestay 💛

Behind the cabin there was some factory (?) and we were surprised about this at first, cause it looked kinda strange between the mountains. Luckily it didn't make any sounds or smell and you could not see it from the cabin ( big beautiful windows). So it didn't disturb at us after all

This is by far the best value for money guesthouse I've stayed in in Vietnam. My private room looked brand new and was exceptionally clean. The shower had amazing water pressure and endless hot water which is hard to come by. The beds were very comfy and the sheets and towels were clean. I couldn't believe how nice my room was for the cheap price. The owners were very welcoming when I arrived and helped me rent a motorbike and book a bus. The location is great because it's only a 5-10 minute ride into the nearby town so you have the option to enjoy the peace and quiet or head into town for good bars and restaurants. I absolutely love it here.

They are very nice, they welcomed us with some fruit and juice. We rented a bike for 2 days and then we wanted to rent for 1/2 day more and they didn’t have any problem. The room was very clean and also is a very quiet place. The last they when the bus pick us up they give us some waters for free for the trip.

There is a factory next to the hotel but for me it doesn’t make a huge difference
