Very nice, clean and new little hotel with great breakfasts. There is a good beach close by and a possibility to rent scooters. The staff is very helpful. There's a hotel restaurant with great crab papardelle, if you don't feel like going out. Perhaps the only downside is the neighbourhood (but it can be seen as a plus by some) - an area which seems for tourists only, separated from the island's "normal" inhabitants. A scooter can fix that problem though - just go to nearby An Thoi or wherever.

Hotel is located in great position, two minutes walk to beach. There is many restaurant in around. You can also walk to nearest city to shop in supermarkets (15min walk). 20minutes to airport, 10minutes to cablecar by car. Breakfast was great, best value for money, variable every day with many choices. Room is clean, comfortable. Every day personal clean your room, change towels (you got also beach towel) and refill drinking water.

There is no balcony so you have no option to dry your wet swimsuit. After we ask personal make some place on cloths dryer on the roof but not every day there was not enought space and have to improvise and use chairs. So only one thing i can advise to hotel is to solve this problem , but other way you are great

The staff was really sweet and helpful, especially during breakfast they were very aware and fast at making our coffee and eggs. The rooms are nicely designed and it's great that you can use Netflix on the tv. Is very close to the beach. Modern and new with great facilities.

Breakfast could have a bigger selection, but it is a boutique hotel, så the basics were in order. The noise from the other rooms and cleaning was a bit loud, could have better noise cancelling.

Great location, close to the beach. It is a bit far from the town and the whole town is deserted, but the hotel itself and the beach is really nice. Room was very spatious and the whole place seems quite new and well taken care of. Breakfast offered nice variety with different hot dishes every morming, eggs, pho, sweets… Something for everyone, for sure! Staff were really friendly and we felt very welcome. They have a (or cooperate with, not sure) massage parlour 1 min walk away, where hotel guests have discount and we enjoyed some of the best massages in Vietnam. Hotel and the Kham Beach are really great places to unplug snd relax.

We really missed something to hang wet swimsuits, t-shirts and towels on - you’re a beach destination, something like should not be discussed

Its a beautiful property, not easy to find such a special hotel in the whole Asia to be honest. Hotel so far maintained very well, looks just luke on pictures. Sweet staff that accomodated our luttle requests all the time. Small but lovely gym on rooftop that works 24/7 unlike other hotels. Very special green area on rooftop to overview beautiful surroundings and sea. Cleaning of the rooms is very good which is also rare in most Vietnamese hotels it seems. Very good breakfast - a lot of different things to try( not like in a huge hotel, but really enough) and then keep some things daily and some other update every other day. Conmortable bed, I slept really well. Location, in my opinion, is the best on the island - right next to the best beach, super green surroundings, a lot of bew buildings. Some say it felt like ghost town (most buildings are empty) but I didnt feel weird, honestlt there are enough people there! All in all great stay, highly recommend, it feels like home!

One issue which seems to be common in most Vietnamese hotels - paperlike walls, I hear when people switch on the light if you have a room close to the other one. Seems like our friend didnt have this problem because of the location of his room

Exceptional! I am extremely picky with food and cleaning, but this hotel exceeded my expectations! Not only its steps from the nice beach, it also has free nice bikes and amazing food! I was thinking about my nephews who are always unsatisfied with food… but in this hotel-they would definitely eat, because meals are delicious and super healthy! Extremely clean and fancy amenities! Staff is extraordinarily kind, friendly and incredible! I travel the world and, after this stay, I’d say that JM Boutique have beaten world’s famous hotels! Just amazing stay!

Literally NOTHING to say here!

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and it keeps impressing me. The facilities are of high quality, the food is good, and everything is clean and well maintained. But what truly makes the stay special is the staff: from the front desk to the housekeeping team and the driver – everyone is genuinely friendly, attentive, and helpful. You really feel welcome and well taken care of, which is the main reason I keep coming back.

She is also very dedicated. 4. English Language is no issue in this hotel for the front desk staff. 5. Breakfast is simple, healthy, tasty. Some may think the spread is too small but it is a boutique hotel at a reasonable cost. I enjoyed the Kaya , egg yogurt and the salad 6. All the staff are really good and helpful. You will feel safe here. 7. Very thoughtful provision such as Beach Towels, umbrella, bag for your to go to the beach without any worries. 8. Scooter for rent is only S$10 per day to go to nearby cafes and enjoy a good and safe ride in the premise. 9. Walkable distance to the beach 10. Love the common area.

1. Beds not as comfortable for me. It is a little hard. 2.. The floor is made of wooden planks and hard to maintain. Some starts to squeek when you step on it. May wake up your partner when going to the rest room 3. Toilet door can't be fully closed due to the rubber. 4. Many furniture has sharp edges and the curtain and blinds then to attract dust during stay even the room is clean. I feel that we shld do away with those

The hotel is almost perfect- cleanlinness, well-trained staff, the design and size of the room. It's located in a rather desolate quiet area free from traffic, bike noizes etc. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. The beach is very good. clean sandy, no stones in the watter. The breakfast in the hotel was very good too. Not that it was abundand with a huge variety of dishes like in big 5-stars accomodation, but we there was everything we needed for breafast, and the food was fresh and delicious.

One point off for the discomfort caused by noize. Our room was close to the central air-con equipment which made low-frequency buzzing. We chose a room with a working table because working area was very important for us. The personnel suggested that we changed for a room downstairs that wasn't such noizy, but that room was smaller and lacked working space. So we had to sleep with ear-plucks and we didn't enjoy the silence as we hoped to. In every other respect the hotel was fine

My experience at JM Boutique Hotel was exceptional. The establishment is not only beautiful and sleek, but also offers top-quality comfort with a very comfortable bed. The varied and delicious breakfast was a real treat each morning, and the lovely staff took great care of us. A special shoutout to Boomkim, the endearing Labrador at the hotel. Although there’s no pool, the nearby paradise-like beach more than makes up for it. I recommend booking with confidence for a perfect stay.
