The property is located in a large complex full of apartment blocks, most of which were empty so it was a little strange, however the beautiful Khem beach was literally 100m away so excellent location for the beach. Breakfast was in a restaurant just around the corner and was fairly basic. The room was great - light and airy, clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful, although their English was not great - but they were friendly and would do anything for us using a translating app. We stayed for 6 days and loved the beach, hotel and area very much

The complex was a bit large, empty and quiet.

You will definitely love approaching and attitude of Ms. Van and others. The building is new, rooms are clean, everyday housekeeping keep clean, even not any drop in bathroom. Closest hotel to admirable Khem Beach. We spent our holiday in end of March. Even we extended our stay, and cancelled our scheduled plans to stay there more. The have very rich breakfast in one of the famous restaurant accross the building. There are not many affordable and delicious restaurants around, the famous one is "Draft Beer". If you want to eat the most delicious fish/lamb/pork barbecues, you can drive a bit far to reach "Drujba" Restaurant in 93 Đường Trần Hưng Đạo, Khu phố 7, Phú Quốc, Kiên Giang. The beach are spotless clean, and full of palmas where you can lie down and relax. If you want to explore around you have to rent a bike.

Evrything was perfectly tidy and nice around.

The room was spacious with effective air conditioning and a ceiling fan. It was clean and every need catered for. Mike was a nice man with friendly and professional attitude. So close to the most fabulous large clean beach (Khemi) best beach on Phu Quoc with clean water and plenty of space. Soft white sand and spotless. Restaurant around the back was good also with lots of choice and delicious fruit punches. We will return!

It was all wonderful.

Nice location, you can walk barefoot to the bounty beach. The staff and owners went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction, always available to help with any request. Quality room amenities, all very new and fresh. The towels in the room had a pleasant scent

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel and the owners were very hospitable. However, we felt that the hotel could benefit from more hotel-style service to truly feel like a five-star experience. It was more like staying at a friend's home than a high-end hotel. Nonetheless, we appreciate the warm welcome and enjoyed our time there. We were a bit let down by the breakfasts, but appreciated the extra menu and the team's efforts to improve. Still, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff, particularly Mike, we're brilliant. Mike booked trips and made sure transport was arranged as and when needed.

The hotel is part of what is, more or less, a 'gated community'. If you want to do something different it means using the shuttle bus or taxi...or a long walk to the town. Not a pleasant prospect in the heat when you're both the wrong side of 60.

Just an awesome hotel. Best in the area. Value/quality ratio is great. Breakfest is great. Anything that you ask for will be provided. Very close to Khem beach, 3 mins walking.

Good location, clean room

Absolutely inexperienced staff, always on site, always talking to guests, offering stuff and touching and photographing my baby. Not tasty food (only had breakfast) and no separate room for eating - their "dining room" is in host's kitchen, no privacy what so ever. Coffee and tea not included in breakfast price.

The hotel was super clean, smelled really good and was close to the wonderful beach! You will always find a place in the shade! The rooms were really new and nicely made! The TV’s have Netflix and internet options. The staff member May was super helpful with ideas on what to do and where to go for food and always informed us easily via whatsapp and helped us out in any way he could. Thank you for that! We did not try the spa, but it looked really nice!

Nothing bad about the hotel itself! The area is quiet new and most of the buildings surrounding the hotel are (still) empty in end 2023. there are not too many food options close by and a lot of food was not served (maybe because too less people) and because the beach is mostly used by the 2 big all inclusive resorts nearby. Almost all restaurants serve mostly sea food, so if you are a fan, this is a perfect place for you! :) This part of the island doesn’t seem like the rest of the island, really new buildings like in Sunset Town and doesn’t have the Vietnamese charm. but if you fancy authenticity, you can go to the main road by scooter in a couple of minutes to find more and way cheaper dining options. Be prepared to pay way more for food than in other places of Phu Quoc. (200-300 VDN per full meal)
