This hotel is a perfect stay specially for people travelling in groups as their vilas are good in size with comfortable & good sizes rooms with clean toilets. Enjoyed our stay here. There was private pool in villa, seprate pool of the resort and private beach was beautiful and clean.

I love everything about this ressort. we stayed in the private pool villa, it was perfect. The staff, the cleanness, the vibe, the designs, the pools, the breakfast, EVERYTHING.

I didn't understand why that we couldn't bring outside food into our villa, it was quite disappointing that my friends and I could not enjoy our great times together with food and drinks while in the villa. If it was found that we brought outside food into the villa, the ressort was going to take some credits from the card. I think it would be nice that we were allowed to at least bring our food from night market - and promise won't dirty the furnitures, because that's one of the points to enjoy the culture, no?

Beach was beautiful, but lots of plastic washing up everyday, a modern day problem in many places around the world. Beach cleaners constantly cleaning the beach and doing a great job. Prices of food and drinks at the hotel slightly too high, but acceptable.

The whole resort is 5 stars, villas are huge and so comfortable, your own pool is fantastic

While breakfast is one of the best I have had anywhere in the world, so much selection and the coffee wow the rules about no external food or drinks from out side lock you into very expensive drinks and food that for Vietnam is at least double the best restaurants in Saigon

The property itself is fantastic — beautifully maintained, spacious, and truly family-friendly. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when we requested an extension; they upgraded us to a premium pool villa for the last two nights, which made our stay even more memorable. The beach is clean, the main pool is huge and stunning, and the kids had a wonderful time despite some parts of the water park being under maintenance. Since it rained heavily during our last two days, we explored the property more deeply, and the kids still had plenty to keep them entertained. The buffet breakfast deserves a special mention — it had a wide variety of options catering to all tastes. Another perk was the added experiences that come with certain packages, like Kiss of the Sea show tickets, and in some cases even cable car tickets or spa treatments.

Renting bicycles for a few hours each day was also a lovely way to move around and enjoy the vast grounds. But this is only available for few hours every day to be renewed. It would have been good if we could rent at start if stay and return back as part of check out procedure. Would be good to cover under safety deposit in case of damages

Having read some of the reviews before arrival I had picked up on some negative comments. I really do think that some of us western travellers need to get over our ‘first world’ concerns! This resort is fabulous! Staff attentive, warm and welcoming. Beachfront location outstanding, with quality of beach itself off the scale. Yes, you pay a little more on site but nothing in comparison to UK prices and there are a number of brilliant beach bars/restaurants a stones throw away which are high quality and great value. The villas are brilliant, providing private pools and so much space to aid the relaxing vibe. This might not be an ‘authentic’ Vietnam experience but coupled with extensive travel through the country, it served to be a relaxing beautiful haven for us in the middle of our hectic schedule. Ignore the negatives! Go here and love the setting and high quality service.

We were pleasantly surprised by our garden pool villa, which was quiet, lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The resort is beautiful with a lot of activities (pools, waterslides, kayaking, beach, chess, cycling, gym, bowling (paid), etc). The buffet breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of foods for different cultures. A free bus to/from the town at select times is a great touch and we made use of it. We also made use of the free shuttle to/from the airport/resort however our flight was delayed by over an hour therefore we missed the (fixed) shuttle times to the villa. Getting a Grab/taxi from the airport was cheap and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

For Vietnam, the food and beverage prices within the resort were pricey. We were shocked to be paying Hong Kong prices in Vietnam. Therefore we waited for happy hour for a (slightly) cheaper drink option within the resort and sought other options to eat out around the resort. If prices were more reasonable we would have consumed a lot more within the resort. Replacement towels in the room were often forgotten. It was easy to dial reception to request more towels. There is no shop onsite. It would be good to have a shop to sell sunscreen, hats, bathing gear, snacks, etc

On a beautiful clean beach, close to other beach restaurants. Beautiful pool and very delicious restaurant. Breakfast was superb. Villa with three bedrooms is very good value for money (with private pool).

The kids club is a small indolr playroom with no option to leave your child for a while. All activities are upon payment (painting hats, sculptures, tshirts). Some child activities were advertised and not done such as kite flying and sand castle making. The kids pool is in the sun with no shade. There is a 2.000.000 fine for using the kitchen.
