This hotel near by the best beach in Phu Quoc. New, cozy. I love it so much. Breakfast was Vietnamese style and I didn’t use it. Near by a good Italian restaurant for dinner.

Nice location, good price, breakfast, room is ok

I don't have normal window. The window faced a wall and a closed well, with no light or fresh air. There were also cigarette butts on the plastic covering under the window, which was not very fire-safe. There were many gnats in the shared restroom on the first floor, and the cleanliness was subpar. There was a buildup on the shower floor and someone else's hair in the bathroom.Last year, this hotel was maintained better.

Amazing boutique hotel at Khem beach. Delicious, fresh cooked breakfast every morning. Clean, modern facilities. Room serviced daily, Warm, smiling hospitality from all staff. Easy walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

Very clean since its newly built. Breakfast food was okay. Very peaceful neighborhood. Staff were nice. They hepled us in renting motorbike.

It's far from sunset town. The lights in the hallway were motion-censored so everytime the elevator opens, it is very dark at night and it was scary to walk through the hallway to our room. But overall, comfort matters to me so i'd probably come back and stay here again.

We really liked our room and the bathroom. Everything was very clean.

We didn't like breakfast because every day there was just one option. It was usually soups.

Abaolutely nothing

The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating (Hao & Tuyen). There was a power outage (planned by the municipality) and they gave us a free ride to the airport. Also, they took in our valuables. Breakfast was good and authentic Vietnamese. Location is right at the beach room was very clean. We want to come back!

No wall safe in the room which is why we had to store our valuables at the front desk.

I liked everything about the hotel! The hotel’s very new, which’s nice because it’s not overrun and it’s clean. The beds are super comfortable, good showers and the rooms are generally really lovely. It even has Netflix in case you just want to relax in bed. Would definitely recommend and come back! Thank you.

The room was so comfortable and clean, the bathroom was great as well! The staff were super friendly and helpful, sorting out a small problem we had and even helping is print some documents! The fruit and coffees in the morning were amazing. Very short walk to the beach also 😃

Not the best choice of restaurants close by.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, the water was hot and cold when needed, the staff were incredibly helpful, and it was a pleasant experience all around.
