The staff were very friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Ms. Lan helped us book a wonderful family tour she was always kind and eager to find the best deal for us. Not only the front desk staff, but also the bellman and housekeepers were always smiling and made us feel very welcome. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality.

As a small suggestion, the pillows were a bit too soft for me, so I sometimes had to use two to sleep comfortably improving this could make the sleeping experience even better. The mini fridge didn’t keep the drinks very cold, but it still worked fine. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book a room at Paralia again on my next trip!

It was very near the beach we had everything we needed and rooms were very clean . Lady that works in reception was always smiling and helped for whatever we needed .

Locate right next to Khem beach. The best beach in the entire island. My room is quite small but was good enough for one person. The room is clean and well ventilated. The staff are all nice and attentive.

I will say I’m picky but imo the foods aren’t as tasty as the local foods. The price is also kind of high. However given the nature of the location it’s understandable

The location is perfect to enjoy beautiful Khem beach; staffs are helpful and friendly; hotel is clean, great value for the price, and breakfast buffer is delicious from 7 to 10am, perfect timing. I absolutely want to come back to stay here for long term stay.

The room was very clean when we arrived but we stayed one week and the everyday cleaning wasn’t properly done.

Breakfast buffet is ok, how ever the more diversity in dishes is highly recommended. Highly appreciate atmosphere and staff attitude. Like the way of receptionist while serving.

The noisy sound of water flow at night, maybe through pumping system to tank or so..

Hotel and rooms very beautiful and spacious. Very close to khem beach and sao beach, which are the most beautiful beaches. It’s true, around there’s not much to do but one can rent a motorbike very cheap and go around. Breakfast of good quality. Too bad not many options for western breakfast

They have almost nothing for western breakfast :( but they have amazing pineapple jam!

Nice view of the harbor nearby. The hotel is almost brand new and a good value for money. You can enjoy the same beach with those who paid 10 times more at the next door JW Marriott 5*.

The King Suite is on a smaller side. Plus sometimes the sea is full of plastic waste - depends on the underwater currents, I guess. The cleaning staff tries its best, but ...

Nice, boutique hotel very close to the beach. I think targeting more domestic visitors, but was very comfortable. The area is going to be spectacular, but at the moment there are many buildings around the hotel that are vacant. I'm sure that will change over time.

Communication was a little difficult at times, but the staff went out of their way to help. Had a brown out one evening, but suspect that was a once off.

The hotel is splitted in two different entrances (40 meter apart). We were not in main building. So to get to pool and restaurant/breakfast we had to go outside and walk 40 meters.
