Room was beautiful and mostly clean. The private beach is beautiful. The breakfast buffet was huge and offered something for everyone. There are a few restaurants, stalls and supermarkerts just next to the hotel. Gym was very well equipped (not just some cardio machines as in most hotels).

Laundry is very overpriced. I regret not having taken any pictures but a few spots in the room could use cleaning/refreshing, for example the silicone on the sink was a bit moldy. And for that price range it hast to be spotless for me. The staff at reception were neutral but not very friendly. But still a very good hotel and stay!

It looks that hotel is not the newest and they maintain step by step. Staff doesn’t speak english enough even front desk you have problems to understand as well. Food in the restaurant average. I stayed 3 hotels and the best was Crown plaza. Highly recommend.

Lovely private beach and the biggest pool I have ever seen. Rooms are spacious and clean and staff are very helpful.

Cannot take your own food, beverage or alcohol into rooms. Have to use room service, in my opinion this is a money racket

nice safe beach, white sand not lots to do out there but they had free bus to sunset town and our hotel included was kiss of the sea which was really cool and the fireworks went for ages, highly recommend. Very pram friendly in sunset town and there is a nice clean market which we went to for dinner a couple of times. Easy and cheap to get grabs everywhere. The buffet had loads of options. We loved how massive the pool was attached to our room it was very unexpected and right in the beach too. The pool wrapped around the whole apartment!

They tried to charge us for beers brought at the club house put on our room and we never ate or drank there. It added 20 mins to our checkout. They didn't have the signed receipt like what we had for the 2 times we got room service. The place is a little dated and if we didn't have the room with the pool attached that we had not sure if we would have enjoyed it as much. The kitchen has no cutlery or plates so not point in have one. The main room smelt if urine like someone had peed on the carpet, they did give us a insense burner which covered up the smell. The hotel was a little date compared to the other 3 we stayed at in Vietnam. But we really did get our moneys worth just form having the pool and beach front view. Not many food options in the area.

It had direct access to the beach, the room was clean and spacious. Nice pool (but we did not have time to use). The breakfast was incredible, so many options and variety. Breakfast was an event. We were given free tickets to the Kiss of the Sea show, which was a little odd but really fun and had amazing fireworks display (better than some NYE displays across the globe). There was a good transport service to the airport and there was a free shuttle bus that took you to other locations around the area.

There were not enough beach chairs for number of guests to enjoy and there were also not enough tables to get service. There should perhaps be another method to order on your phone without a table. The service at the hotel was pretty poor. Our drinks were wrong, service was slow and sometimes rude. They ran out of beach towel and glasses for the beach.

My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, I experienced exceptional hospitality and care. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with any request and make the stay even more comfortable. The room was perfect — spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with a stunning view from the window. The furniture and interior were modern and stylish yet maintained a cozy atmosphere. Special mention goes to the comfortable bed and high-quality linens — I slept like a baby! Housekeeping was impeccable, with daily cleaning keeping the room spotless. All amenities, including fast and reliable Wi-Fi, worked flawlessly. The hotel restaurant was a culinary delight! The breakfasts were diverse and absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and every dish was beautifully presented. The service in the restaurant was equally impressive — the waitstaff were always cheerful and attentive to every guest.

The residences have many activities and places, we enjoyed our week in a villa, it was like home, so comfy and clean, we enjoyed the beach it is wonderful views, also the restaurant is really good, the breakfast buffet you can find what ever you want different tips different food cutler. The place is big and you must visit ether you are family or friends or just for your self because it will fits you anyway.

I hoped that the reception can help more with trips and suggestions

Big spacious room, with great view, large pool was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Fabulous spread for breakfast. Clean, calm, amazing beach, great for paddle boarding and young kids.

Apartment had kitchenette but did not provide any utensils or cutlery. Furniture was slightly worn down. Food in the restaurant was rather expensive. The block near the beach was under construction and the noise was very very loud and disrupts the peace of the beach. Will be fine once that is done.

Fantastic location and nice comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast was good but had better. Staff very helpful. Free buses right outside very handy as are all the beach restaurants. Special thanks to the staff for the lovely cake surprise and writing in leaves in our room for my birthday. Very much appreciated. We loved the beautiful beach location and the pool even if it was a little cold. Fantastic first time stay.

The buffet just didn't really thrill any of us. There wasn't much change from one day to the other.
