We booked a villa with pool view and the room was big, spacious, and well designed. It was comfortable and very clean. I had read some reviews about the resort being a bit run down and was worried, but it was totally worth it. One pool was not operational but other than that the resort was very well maintained and the seaside pool was really great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would have loved to stay longer if time permitted.

The dining menu was limited, a few more options would have been great, especially since the resort is a bit out of the way.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! We truly enjoyed it and felt well pampered throughout. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the pools were delightful. Our room was excellent, and the service was exceptional – definitely a highlight of the trip. Special thanks to the reception team and especially Yên, Vĩnh, and Hồng, who made our stay even better. The massages were relaxing, and the cocktails were also quite good.

One small (!) area for improvement: the shower pressure in our room could have been stronger, more like the shower in the massage area. While the main part of the hotel’s private beach was clean, there was a fair amount of litter in the water itself – a common issue in Phú Quốc, unfortunately. Additionally, the eastern side of the beach (likely outside hotel maintenance) was quite dirty, with trash and other litter scattered about. This litter could easily end up in the sea, which is concerning…. Again, common problem in Phú Quốc due to over-tourism, I’m afraid.

Breakfast was amazing. Gym was good aswell. If you want to have your vacation in one place, then it is perfect.

Phone on the room did not work and they didn't fix it. Restaurant is pretty expensive and nearby is not restaurants so not many options.

Loved the villa we stayed in, it was very spacious and had a nice layout! The beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing! Special shoutout to Tran Thanh Dien who was super kind and professional and who gave his best to make our stay as much enjoyable as possible, many thanks!!

Lots of trash at the beach, we did some clean up ourselves and expected the staff to do so multiple times a day but they only did it for a certain part of the beach at the end of the day, so not the whole beach unfortunately. To see the beach so dirty was frustrating and sad. Would like the staff to be more trained in this regard. Also once the staff took our used towels and forgot to replace them so we had to call and request for new ones.

The balcony was full of lizards. It was infested with it. Besides that, top! The staff however struggle a little with the language, and slow service

❌no coffee machine for breakfast ❌hotel is far from walking streets, so if you want to go to eat out or to some shops you need to call taxi or rent bike ❌no big mirror in a room (I could see only half of myself, how I supposed to choose a dress for evening?😅) ❌most of the stuff didn’t know even basic English ❌ beach doesn’t look paradisy, a lot of stones and dark color of sand

Very beautiful peaceful resort with lots of trees, flowers. The swimming pool by the beach is amazing too. There are free kayaks on the beach. There is also kids room and spa center available. The rooms are amazing, the interior designer and architect did great job!

Food is a huge minus. The restaurant is very poor, not on the level of such beautiful resort at all. Menu is vastly overpriced and the food and drinks are not even tasty. Using supermarket dough for pizza in a four star resort, really? Hoping that the resort can hire a good chef and create better menu. The second swimming pool was closed down for some reason, it was a little upsetting, because it looked very nice. If you position yourself as an eco resort, you might want to rethink giving 0.5 plastic bottles of water. First of all 0.5 is not sufficient for a person in such hot climate, daily consumption is 2 liters. Second of all it’s very easy to invest in glass or ceramic jars 🫙 and refill them. Eco friendly.

- Willa’s are huge and very spacious - AC working very well taking into consideration that the room was very big, it was always chill/ cold inside - bed was very very big and comfortable - the whole hotel was very nice and pretty - stuff was very helpful and friendly - swimming pool and beach were always almost empty - it was not crowded - you can do snorkeling in the water, right from the beach and see many fish, crabs and other

- it is quite far from the center so you always need to take Grab (ride to night market was about 3€/way) - it was very crowded on the weekend breakfast. It was crowded to the point there were none plates, cutlery nor food 1 hour prior to end of breakfast buffet.

Very successful stay. Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and a private beach made us pleasant to remember this time. Regarding the opinions of other guests about cleanliness and defects, we did indeed notice that the rooms should be renovated. It was clean, but for example, stains on the upholstery of the sofas, discoloration of stone countertops and washbasins give the impression of dirt. But I emphasize that this is just an impression. Towels and bathrobes are changed daily. The stay was comfortable, we lacked nothing. It's quite far from the city, but the night market grab cost only about 100,000 vnd.
