We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful and secluded venue, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing—perfect for unwinding with our group. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and consistently helpful. They were always nearby to check if everything was going smoothly, which made us feel genuinely cared for. As a large group every request was met with a smile and great efficiency. They were especially accommodating with our energetic 3-year-old, which was such a relief for us! And let’s talk about the breakfast—absolutely delicious. A wonderful spread that offered something for everyone, and a perfect way to start each day. We felt welcome, comfortable, and well looked after. Highly recommend for those looking for a serene retreat with outstanding service.

Just a heads-up for fellow travelers: the resort itself has one on-site restaurant, which is convenient and serves good food. However, if you’re someone who enjoys exploring different dining options, be prepared to grab a taxi, as other restaurants are a bit of a distance away. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but worth knowing if variety is important during your stay.

An amazing resort! Everything I expected from this place! Firstly, it's two separate resorts (ocean Bay and grand ocean Bay) but they share facilities, so you can use either of the two big pools or dine at any restaurant/bar and charge it back to your room. The ocean Bay section has a bit more foliage and tree growth, but the newer grand resort is also a lush tropic paradise. I don't think you'll be disappointed in either place. The Grand is a little newer and a bit bigger with a bit more space. We stayed at the Grand and were not disappointed. The breakfast was good but it could be great, yet I wasn't disappointed with a massive array of food. The rest of the resort was amazing. Long sandy beaches, a decent amount of space by the pools. Also the local restaurants are 5 to 10 mins walk away so there are lots of cheap local places to go. Overall, I highly recommend this 5 star resort!!

The only slight disappointment here was the slight lack of soul at the bars and restaurants. They could encourage a bit more fun with happy hour during the day. Instead the pool bar happy our starts as soon as the pool closes at 7pm... Weird. The ocean Bay restaurant on the water was amazing and sunsets were beautiful. The food was not as bad as the reviews gave it, but don't expect super amazing food. They had good cocktails though.

The resort is beautifully designed and a perfect retreat. The service was very professional and attentive.

At busy periods it felt the service was a bit understaffed and the gym was a bit small for the size of the resort,

The hotel’s grounds feature a well maintained garden filled with flowers and lush plants. The beach is truly outstanding - clean, picturesque, and well-equipped with plenty of sunbeds and a convenient towel service. The restaurant offers a good variety of breakfast options. There’s always something delicious to choose from. The staff are incredibly welcoming, polite, and always eager to assist. We stayed in a standalone bungalow, which was spacious, well-equipped, and had a very comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping was flawless and kept the room immaculate.

Sorage in the room could be improved. Adding more places to store clothes or rethinking the layout of the storage areas would make longer stays even more comfortable.

The resort is wonderful and has everything you need. The room is realy nice. Renting a scooter and kayaking is available at a good price. The village near felt safe and lovely. There is a small shop or a supermarket close. Lots of restaurants in the the area. Some really close, 5-10 min walk. The breakfast was awesome with lots af options and a great sea view since it's located at 2'nd or 3'rd floor in the reception building. The staff was very very friendly! The sunset is lovely from the beach.

more beach chairs/beds could be added. if you don't go early in the morning you will stay on a towel (was not such a big issue for us). the bed had a topper that seem not so comfy so we put it aside and it was better without it

This place was everything we were hoping for. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Super clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The resort itself was well-kept and comfortable, and the staff were awesome. Really friendly and helpful without being over the top. It had such a nice, laid-back vibe. Qui, one of the workers, was a great guy to talk to and have conversations with. Easily our favorite place we’ve stayed in Vietnam. If you’re looking for a gorgeous beach and a chill, welcoming atmosphere, this is it. Would 100% come back.

Beautiful hotel with lovely, comfortable and spacious room. Huge stone bath in the bathroom, very impressive. The beach is lovely also. Breakfast selection is great and tasty. (The omelets were especially delicious! Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Thy, Thanh and Henry who are a real credit to the hotel and to all the staff we met during our stay. They couldn't do enough to help us.

The rooms could do with a couple of small armchairs. Although there are seats on the terrace, sometimes you like to sit inside comfortably with air-conditioning without having to sit or lie on the bed. More sun loungers on the beach would be good and perhaps a system whereby people can't 'reserve' them for themselves at 7am and then disappear for most of the day!

Beautiful resort. My room (premium bungalow with balcony) was perfect, the bed was very comfy, the outdoor bathroom was tropical and luxurious. Fantastic views & thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the balcony swing. The ambiance of the place is great, nice relaxing music throughout, beautifully decorated. Helpful & friendly staff (particularly Henry). Grand Ocean is part of Ocean Bay but has its own pool and reception too. Both hotels were equally great, pools were great with awesome views. There is also a little bar on site with some tasteful evening entertainment & an outside pier restaurant/bar with beautiful lights which has the sunset views.

My only observation would be that most things I wanted were at Ocean Bay (the pool bar is open later, the bar bar is open later, you can swim in the pool later & scooter hire was also from here. I’m not sure if this is just whilst they are still completing the build. Wasn’t an issue as they have plenty of golf buggies on hand to take you to the other reception in less than 5 minutes but I did sometimes think I should’ve just stayed there. It was still wonderful & I’d return to both without a doubt.

Incredible resort. The pool was lovely and right next to the beach. It also had a swipe up bar. The breakfast was extensive with both western and Vietnamese options. The staff spoke very good English and were always very welcoming. The room was lovely, with the outdoor bath and shower. Prices were reasonable for a resort, but the resort offers scooter hire so you were able to go and explore local restaurants in the area too. Would highly recommend.

The setting and amenities were lovely. I was worried the pool would be a little small for the size of the resort but it was fine, although seating around it is very limited.

I thought the pricing of the restaurant and bar was too high even compared to neighboring places.
