They kindly have us an upgrade..Staff very friendly. Room very clean, towels changed everyday. Breakfast with fruits, asian Style and eggs. For dinner we recommend the Restaurant Tree House just 5 minutes walking up the street. We would come again.

The resort was located exactly on the long beach, amazing view! Room was spacious, completely made in wood, really nice, intricate wood work. Food was great, had a variety of options for breakfast. We also ate dinner at the resort restaurant most days. Reasonable pricing, good taste. Overall, a nice family friendly resort. We celebrated our three year olds birthday during the trip, the staff provided us a free cake as a bonus!

Lighting in the room could have been brighter, especially the bathroom and toilet lighting was so dull. And water flow in the shower was too less, looked like a flow problem with fluctuating speed. Mosquitoes can be a problem during summer. So, mosquito spray is a must bring item.

Wonderful small resort, beautiful wooden furniture in the room with a nice terrace overlooking a stunning tropical garden. We had a triple room in the first floor, exactly as expected. Delicious smoothies, fresh juice, cocktails, decent food in the restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to variety of restaurants. Small coral reef in the vicinity where you can snorkel. We’d definitely recommend

Note, the beach is not wide so there’s not much room to play for little children, no swimming pool, but the sea is shallow enough to be safe for children to play, while at the same time deep enough to swim. Our room was next to the neighboring resort, you could hear their restaurant’s music

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, air con was powerful, shower pressure good. The little beach area out front is really lovely, clean, great for swimming, sandy and calm and there were lots of sun loungers. The garden is stunning. There is a lovely little restaurant The Tree House about 3 minutes walk away and a few other restaurants/ bars and shops.

The bar and restaurant close promptly at 8pm so it’s deadly quiet after that time though the bar manager is very friendly and works incredibly hard it would have been nice to have a more leisurely dinner / a few drinks after that time. The lights along the beach are turned off shortly after 9pm. Everything is just a little tired. The cleaning staff do not take away glasses or wash the tea and coffee cups. Breakfast was repetitive, the staff unfriendly, no greeting and rather surly.

Amazing place, friendly helpful staff, perfect location, clean beach. We loved being here and I would say it is the best resort you can get on the island value-for-money-wise. We stayed in two kinds of rooms - sea view and garden view - and both were great. The only thing that could be better was breakfast - it is rather asian-customers oriented: not so many healthy options, everything sweetened, noodles and soups, not so much fresh stuff or ham/cheese variety. However, we liked the choice of fruits and just brought our own yoghurt and oats.

Everything! Super friendly staff, who could not do enough for us, helped us arrange a tour, hire a bike, go to the spa and adjusted our booking for us last minute. Incredibly comfortable bed with large bathroom which were both very clean and were refreshed every day. Breakfast was delicious and had a great range of options which varies each day. Altho situated out of the main town the location was incredible and so peaceful with it's own strip only private beach location on the beach. Couldn't ask for any more

The only thing I can say that would be an improvement is we thought there would be a spa on site as it's in the name but they arranged pickup and drop off for us to go to a local spa which was lovely but didn't feel as luxury as the hotel itself. Other than that we loved our stay

Beautiful room, only one with a window to the ocean. The hand carved wooden ceiling, walls, furniture, ceiling fan... All beautiful! Great beach access, friendly staff, really an amazing location.

My only complaint is that directly outside my room was sa bright light the shades did nothing to mitigate. Every night the room was lit up be cause of this light, directly outside the window of the executive suite. Not that big of a problem, but the shades were a very thin plastic. You would expect the executive suite to have some blackout curtains or something.

Very beautiful hotel area, the room is very spacious and clean. Cleaning every day. These were the most comfortable pillows in my life. Private beach two steps away. Very nice staff. We liked the place, because it is quiet. The main entertainment is far away, by taxi 8-15 kilometers.

There is a moldy smell in the room. The beach seemed dirty to me, it would be good if the beach was cleaned. The smell of food from the neighboring hotel reached our room. In the evening it is noisy because of the air conditioners from the neighboring hotel.

EVERYTHING! First of all: Ong lang beach is the best beach of Phu quoc. It's clean, it's pretty, it's comfortable to swim in the sea. We've scouted every beach on the island, only to come to the conclusion that this is the best beach. If you want to go to phu quoc town, just book cab on Grab app or hire a motorbike (only 15 minutes away). Around the resort there are also plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. This resort is beautiful, the rooms are tasteful and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The garden is so well maintained and beautifully done. The rooms are nicely tucked away because of all the beautiful trees, so you are not really aware how many rooms there are. The breakfast buffet is quite a spread and it's good. Honestly, this resort is the best ever.

Coco Palm Beach is without a doubt one of the best accommodations on Phu Quoc .. and must say the central garden is one of the most beautiful hotel landscaping I have seen ever! Really a gem! Common spaces are stylish, airy, well designed .. everything is nicely maintained and clean… Rooms themself are spacious, comfy. Bed with nicely hard mattress.. tropical wood furniture. Cozy private terrace. Rich yet local Breakfasts served in the beach pavilions. Stunning nearly private beach.. which is considered moct beautiful on the island. Cutely helpful stuff.
