location is quit good, in center of walking street with restaurants, bars etc, and on the other side main road with super market, fruit market, ATMs, public rtansportation etc. the beach is very close, but the biggest advantage of this place is the ohtel's manager, who would make outmost efforts to fulfill eny request you may have. in addition, he takes you to the beach with his gulf car. and pickes you up whenever you desier. 10 start to Win!

breakfast was not very divers and was quit slow. also, there was no bed for the baby, so she had to sleep between us and it was not very comfortable.

Great location, lots of good cafes and restaurants in walking distance, near the beach too. Owner was really friendly and really tried hard to accommodate anything we needed

A little chaotic in the morning with breakfast, but that’s the way in lots of places in Cambodia, you just need to go with it and you’ll enjoy!!

Room is spacious, big washroom. They can do your laundry. The owner was kind to let us pay later when we arrived at a later check in time.

Needs an upgrade, bugs and lizards were coming into the room. There was an opening in the bathroom where I think mosquitos were coming in. Ants on the floor from floor openings.
