The location is even nicer in reality than an the pictures since all the palm trees have grown and give the location a fitting tropical feeling. The lodge I had was comfy with an outside shower, excellent air conditioning inside and a very comfortable bed. Since there are not too many lodges the hole hotel had a very private and cozy touch. The stuff was exceptional: always in the background but there for you if needed help.

Almost nothing except: It’s a 20 minutes walk to the beach so that’s a negative but they provide scouters at a very reasonable price.

Great place—peaceful and quiet. The bungalows are spacious and private. Everything is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any request. Breakfast is homemade and delicious. Lunch and dinner prices are affordable. You can also get a massage in a separate pavilion at reasonable prices. There is a good swimming pool. Housekeeping is done daily. The property is well-kept, and you can see that people put in a lot of effort. The staff here are truly wonderful people.

The only downside is that it’s far from the sea. However, the sea and beaches on Phu Quoc are quite specific—mostly shallow and rocky, with few good spots for swimming. Keep that in mind.

Room was really nice and cosy. TV has YouTube and Netflix which was nice for my son in the evenings before bed. Pool is clean and warm. Breakfast was lovely, we have Phu every morning which was a great start to the day. The service from the family running the place are really nice and friendly. The fried noodles for lunch were our favourite. It’s 10 mins off the beaten track as well which was great, really quiet at night and in the morning you can hear the birds singing outside your room which was nice.

We stayed 5 days, and it was fantastic, the staff is wonderful for their kindness and professionalism, thanks to them our stay was even more wonderful, the place is surrounded by greenery, the nearest beach is easily accessible on foot, you can rent scooters to go to the north or south of the island, the breakfast is very good and well-kept, we found ourselves very well, the place is very beautiful, we thank you from the bottom of our heart for those who work there

- Clean rooms, white towels, new bed sheets, pleasant smell. - Large room meticulously designed with harmonious details. there are many useful convenient sockets. TV with netflix. - Clean bathroom with shower, green space in the bathroom. I especially like the stone wall, very relaxing feeling close to nature. - The front garden is large with many green trees. - The restaurant sells delicious dishes.

We had such a wonderful stay at Island Lodge. The villa was so serene and pretty. The pool, dining area and rooms were so lovely, comfortable and clean. We received amazing service by the staff at Island Lodge. They were the loveliest and most accomodating individuals who made our stay so enjoyable. Breakfast selection was very yummy and we looked forward to it every morning. Location was great and easy to get around to popular sites. There was a beautiful beach nearby that we cycled to a couple times with the bikes provided by the lodge which was such a nice experience. We would definitely recommend staying here :)

The accomodation has an authentic tropical garden and a large pool, perfect for relaxation, away from the city. The bungalow integrates perfectly in the nature around. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and professional, they helped us with renting scooter, booking massage and scuba diving trip. We took the free bicycles to the beach and nearby restaurants every day, very enjoyable rides through the village. The nearby Ong Lang beach is absolutely beautiful and clean. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay close to nature, this is the place.

The location is a bit far from the beach and restaurants, but we managed just fine with bicycles/scooter. The room sound insulation could be improved, we could hear our neighbours.

Everything was fine..

A beautiful place but very remote . The pool was lovely and the cottages spacious. We loved the outside bathroom reminiscent of Bali. A lot of dogs in the dining room when you are eating which was a bit off putting. The breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. My biggest dislike , which would put me off returning ,was the incredibly hard mattress ! I didnt sleep much the first night and requested a mattress topper which they graciously supplied but didn't really make too much of a difference . There were hammocks on each terrace which were more comfortable and I was tempted to sleep in ours ! The staff though are lovely , especially the cleaning girl who smiled all the time . We were travelling around the island staying 4 nights in each place and this was the most expensive one . Not really value for the money .

As mentioned the extremely hard uncomfortable bed mattress ...a deal breaker for me .
