I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coco Garden Resort, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the complimentary refreshments to the spotless bathroom stocked with premium toiletries. The resort’s facilities were equally impressive. The pool area was pristine and inviting, and the on-site restaurant offered a delicious variety of dishes, all beautifully presented. The breakfast with a good selection of fresh and few international options to suit every taste. What truly set Coco Garden Resort apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to see if I needed anything, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. The location was conveniently situated near Ong Lang Beach, easily accessible by free bicycles or affordable moped rentals. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

- Lack of communication: I didn't get a reply to any of my emails prior to arrival and we also weren't informed about directions to the hotel (google maps shows wrong route) - Fruit at breakfast would have been a nice addition - Beach can get quite dirty depending on the tide

This place is a find! We stayed at Coco Garden for two weeks and were very pleased during the entire time The hotel staff is very friendly, the girls at the reception are always ready to help, special thanks to the caretakers and security, they do their job perfectly! The hotel itself is also quite fresh, the rooms are clean and were made up daily with a change of towels and replenishment of the tea and coffee If you are friends with a bicycle or bike - there will be no problems getting to the street with eateries. If you are not - it is more difficult, but in this case there is delivery in a hotel The beach could be cleaner, but the sea is beautiful, comfortable temperature and there are no waves We liked everything very much, thanks a lot!

Beach could be cleaned

Private area of the hotel and tranquillity surrounded by nature and nourished landscaping. The area is well maintained and staff super friendly. We were provided with a possibility to borrow bicycles to get to the sea or a nearby shop and some restaurants on the main street just ~10min ride. The breakfast was super simple but tasty and fresh. Would come back :)

Maybe a bit far and would be perfect if you would ride a scooter as the property dis provide scooter rentals on site. But we knew that, so it was not a surprise and bicycles saved us time to get to shop or dining sites nearby.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Inclusive breakfast with a range of daily tasty choices. Fully equipped resort with a lovely pool and paddling pool for younger children, with free pool lounges and hammocks to use. The room has ensuite, mini bar fridge, kettle with tea and coffee refreshed daily. Robes and flip flops are provided to wear around resort with a separate set of towels for the pool/ beach. Bicycles are free to use for a 3 minute leisurely ride to the resorts private beach equipped with lounges, tables, and swings. There are scooters/ mopeds to hire from the resort to explore the island at reasonable competitive rates. I would definitely recommend Coco Gardens for a great relaxing stay. Can't wait for my next visit!!

There was nothing I didn't like, great place to stay!

Everything was perfect. I recommend renting a scooter on the airport, then you are free to go anywhere. The location of the hotel is private, relaxing and very calm. With the scooter you can easily know the surrandings and have dinner in town. The rooms are great!!!

I don't understand why they don't sell quick meals during the day, some fruit Juices and also coco. Afterall we are in a tropical destination, it wont cost them much and they have staff at the hotel all day doing nothing, so in the end they could profit much more and the guests would have a better experience. The breakfast, like many other commented here is too Simple. The hotel is the most beautiful in the island, it lacks a little investment on therms of services and it can be a 5star hotel

We had a very beautiful time at this wonderful facility. The bungalows are beautifully designed, nestled within lush greenery, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The private beach on the property is easily accessible by bike (which is provided free of charge) or you can opt to rent a motorbike at a very reasonable price. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The resort is located a bit off the main road, but this didn’t bother us as we rented a motorbike. The only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast variety. It would be nice to have the option to choose at least two drinks, such as coffee and juice.

Super friendly and helpful staff, funny security guards. Free bicycles to go to the beach and the City Center. Scooter rental at the resort. A really calm, quiet and beautiful coconut garden with an almost private beach front. Super comfortable big rooms with everything you need. Nice breakfast soups and good Vietnamese coffee for breakfast. You'll find some snakes around 🖤

We just missed chairs in front of the rooms or a hammock. And mostly important don't let your shoes outside the rooms, their are dogs or other animals with weird fetish. So a shoe can be lost or just scruffy if you ll get it back. The Resort is really far from the city center or anything else and you definitely need a scooter or some sweat.

Beautiful, cozy resort in the west coast of northern part of Phu Quốc island. Fantastic, stylish bungalows, great swimming pool and close , 5 minutes walk distance to the beach. motorbikes and bicycles ready for rent. Reception guys always ready to help you.

It’s not about I don’t like, just to be aware that breakfast is very simple, hence tasty, no lunch or dinner options so you have to get out from the resort to find something to eat.

Coco Garden resort pleasantly surprised us. It is a bit further from the main road, but the advantage is that it is very quiet and private. If you are planning to rent a motorbike Coco Garden will be a great and comfy choice of accommodation. The bungalows are very stylish and very well furnished, they have large bathrooms and comfortable beds. The environment is green with lots of palm trees and a large pool.
