It's set in a beautiful, tranquil location with a private sandy beach and an infinity pool with a view. The cottages are sizeable and completely quiet at night, which aids a good night's sleep. The restaurant was good quality and value. The staff are pleasant and helpful

We hired a scooter but for those that don't, it's a fair walk to a supermarket, or other restaurants.

The staff were very good, attentive and efficient. Room was very clean and nice. The breakfast is good, simple but well executed. There is plenty of fruit, good bread, a great pho. Evening meals the same. I will not pretend this is haute cuisine, but the food is a reasonable price and done well. It is very good value for money. I have stayed here before and the food and service has improved. Rooms are spacious and airy - important in the heat. Gardens are very pretty. You can get free bikes and get to lots of other restaurants in the area too a short ride away.

I would have liked more comfy seating options on the verandah. I had deck chairs which is not uncomfortable but not lovely for a long read. It is a missed opportunity as the verandah's are a selling point.

The resort was in a remote location. It was quiet and peaceful with a really private beach. The pool was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were good it was a buffet. The man on the gate was so nice and friendly. You can take the bicycles for free and ride 15mins to another beach which is nice.

We were a bit far from anything going on. The touristy spots and activities were almost an hour drive away. There could be more sun loungers as there weren't many by the pool. The gym wasn't air conditioned and it was very poor in terms of what's in it. Basically just dumbells, bench, stationary bike. As you turn right and walk along the beach it's v dirty but most people dont walk down there so doesn't affect their stay.

It’s a friendly resort with great views, infiniti pool, private beach and a restaurant with lovely deck, perfect to enjoy sunset. There’s an extensive breakfast buffet. The detached bungalows are spread around the hill with the more expensive ones closer to the sea. The rooms at the side of the pool seem to have less privacy on the terrace. Our bungalow with (partly) sea view was perfect. There are few moderate restaurants just outside the resort. It makes sense to arrange one’s own transportation. Taxi’s to the island’s center are bit expensive. We rented a scooter at the reception against reasonable cost.

Wifi is bit unstable and the resort may not be fit for people who are less mobile. Otherwise this place offers a great relaxing experience and good value for money.

I loved everything about Phu quoc beach resort, I’m a solo female traveller so I wanted a place I felt comfortable alone, but I didn’t want to be in a big resort, this place was perfect.

Super breakfast, had a pho every morning :) Less than 1 minute walk to private beach, which was beautiful and super clean. Lots of day beds and lay-z-boys. The room was cute, bed with mosquito net, the outside bathroom was amazing and shielded from others. You're in the middle of nature, just outstanding.

Prices at the bar by the beach were slightly overpriced in comparison to other establishments on the island, but I guess that can be expected at such a unique location.

Rooms, pool, restaurant and customer service was awesome.

Advise ahead of time that will only accept brand new bills to exchange and that beach is not very swimmable.

We just loved our stay here at Eco Beach Resort! The entire area is beautifully set up, quiet and very relaxing. The pool and private beach were never too crowed and well maintained. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the sea and beach, food was delicious and the stafff was impecably friendly and professional. We liked the beach so much that we decided against visiting other beaches on the island and spend our two days on the island almost entirely here. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Perhaps noteworthy is that the bathrooms have an open area which helps with the hot humid climate. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we could book our transport to our next destination with them. 100 % recommend!

The resort and beach themselves are very clean, but perhaps good to know for travelers considering visiting Ohu Quoc is that the island struggles with waste disposal, so there unfortunately is a lot of plasitc waste is the nature (which we knew about).

What an amazing location, west facing for sunsets, a great pool, friendly staff. Importantly the private beach was spotless. I noted when booking that some people complained about the price of the food, perhaps it was because they were eating meat as all the veggie options were well priced, tasty, presentable and delivered quickly, the only reason we didn’t eat there every night was purely down to being interested in what else was about in town.

Perhaps “sea view” was a stretch, I’m not sure how you choose the bungalows closest to the beach, we could see the sea but we were behind another bungalow, this is a minor point and the only thing I can think off.
