It’s New and Modern, we had the studio suite which was spacious. Nice beach area although they are still building a beach club so a bit noisy. Breakfast was ok for a buffet. Grand world itself is like a ghost town in the day but good to experience the nighttime and the water show.

The soundproofing was shocking in the room the glass doors let everything in, if you wish for a little bit of quiet do not have a pool view. Also I think the pool should have opening times minimum being 8am! there were kids and water polo matches starting at 7am. It’s also very Russian oriented of night time, music etc, this is due to the lack of English people visiting.

I love the pool!! Sun bed is in the water lovely also water is clean no smell.. Room is bit small but comfortable Breakfast was good!! I enjoyed it. Staffs were nice and friendly. thanks for helping me “My” Now i moved to south part of phu quoc and staying 5star resort. But whydham garden is better.

Some staffs are not good at english so communication was not smooth but still they are friendly and tried to help me to do their best.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Roman and all his staff were amazing, polite and very helpful. There was someone there to help at all hours of the day. No request seemed to big for them. The hotel was so clean! As someone who has stayed in a few countries in Asia, there is nearly always some creepy crawly somewhere which is normal. I didn't see any during my stay here. The hotel was in a fantastic location. Right at the edge of Grandworld main street and within walking distance of the beach. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the beach if you didn't want to walk. We availed of the breakfast which was comprehensive offering a variety of hot and cold foods and a selection of delicious fresh fruit. We dined in the restaurant once and had room service a few times and the food was very nice. The hotel had a great pool open with extremely attentive life guards. The kids slides were open as long as the pool was open and the adult slides opened 3-5. On Saturdays there was a foam party with a live DJ, this was great for the kids and adults alike. My daughters were in the Kids Club everyday and it was fantastic! It was as good as most of the soft play areas you would pay into at home. There was a range of activities that you could pay for also which I thought was super cool. There were two staff members Linh and another girl with glasses (who's name I didn't get) who were very helpful and really looked after all the children in the room. There was also a Cinema room with a nightly movie! Everyday there was a complimentary 5minute neck massage while we were there, which was amazing. I unfortunately didn't get to book in for a full massage but the staff in the spa are so lovely and brilliant at their job! When leaving, my girls were gifted teddys from the hotel which we couldn't have been more grateful for. It was such a genuine and thoughtful gift. We hope to return to the Wyndham Garden Grandworld should we return to Phu Quoc

The only thing I could say, is that the timing for the food in the restaurant could have been better. There was a difference of about 15minutes between dishes arriving to the table. We all only ordered main dishes, no starters. And with the room service we ordered the same dish two separate nights, a Hawaiian pizza, the first night it came was was peppers and ham. The next time it was ham, pineapple and tomato slices. Both of my children have addition needs and food is a huge issue for them and consistency is really important.

This was by far one of the best family friendly hotels we have experienced! Lovely staff and great facilities. Hotel staff were very attentive and our kids enjoyed the stay very much. Breakfast had a delicious wide range and a lot of space for everyone to enjoy peacefully! The slides were fun, my youngest was unable to ride as you need to be 140cm tall to ride it, however the kids slides were exciting as well and the best day was the last one. On Saturday they have the foam party and water polo activities with fun lively music 😊 There is a private beach near the hotel where you can enjoy some waves and the sunset. Simply amazing! Loved it so much that we ended up booking this hotel twice, back to back and stayed a total of 6 days here itself! This hotel has everything: 1. A waterpark 2. A kids club 3. A private beach 4. Beach activities 5. Free shuttles. We paid nothing for our inland travel after reaching Phu Quoc! All this at a very affordable price :-) Highly recommended. Would suggest to all planning to stay here should plan days for stay at the hotel premises more as it had so much to offer. Three breakfast siraf is awesome. It meets the food needs for every nationality. The staff here is very hospitable and cheerful. Overall, it was one of the best ever overseas stay for us!! Would like to repeat it again sometime again!

I was so happy to stay at this hotel. The staff gave me such a warm welcome, and the room was beautiful. The location is also very convenient—close to many attractions and just a short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes away. One of the most impressive experiences was when I had already checked out and was on my way to the airport. I suddenly realized I had forgotten my passport in the room. I immediately contacted the hotel staff, and not long after, they called me to let me know they had found it and were bringing it to me. This was truly impressive service, and I am very grateful for their help. I hope that when I come back to visit again, I will definitely stay at this hotel once more.

Overall all good. I had a fantastic experience staying at Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The location is perfect right inside Grandworld, so it’s super convenient to walk around, enjoy the night shows, and explore nearby attractions like VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari. The free shuttle service was also a big plus! Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfy bed and a great view. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of local and international options. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Phu Quoc!

Had cockroach in the room . Staff almost not speak English very cold no one meet us with language when arrived . Kids zone have 2 people work there instead of take care guest they sit on the phone playing . Water park only work 2 hour day and half the slides broken the baby park work also morning 3 hours. Breakfast medium it open 6-10 but some food only bring after 8 also almost all same and taste soso .

Celebrated my daughter's 1st bday and my own during our stay. For a solo parent travelling with a baby, I was taken back by how helpful and kind the staff were. Buffet breakfast provided a lot of choices, the kids pool was perfect for my young baby and the staff in kids club went above and beyond. Room was cleaned everyday, the room service was fresh and came quickly everyday. I never waited longer than 15minutes I after I ordered even during the lunch hour.

This hotel is perfect for a family vacation with kids. There’s a large playroom and slides in the pool (although the big slides were not operating during our stay). The breakfasts were tasty and varied, offering something for everyone. The beach is within walking distance and has a nice bar and sun loungers — great for relaxing. Our room had a modern design and an amazing sea view, which we really enjoyed. We definitely recommend this hotel — the price matches the quality, and it’s a great choice for families.
