The rooms were clean and in a great location, quieter part of Grand World. Close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to your needs. The girl at the front desk, Quynh, is always willing to help, whether booking a taxi or organising tickets for the theme parks. It definitely made our trip more enjoyable.

Water was leaking from the shower door, which was not ideal, but they did provide us extra towels to put at the bottom of the door to minimise the leakage. Might need to get that rectified in the near future.

The location is very convenient for families wanting to take kids to VinWonders &/or Safari; the nearby beaches are clean, quiet, and nice. We visited Phu Quoc before the Vietnamese Tet holidays so the island is especially quiet; which can be nice as one doesn't need to stand in lines for rides/etc... at VinWonders for example; however, the nearby areas around the hotel are too quiet due to a lot of nearby businesses closed for the holidays &/or simply being deserted (this doesn't reflect badly on the hotel experience but just the overall feeling during our stay in PQ - we feel like we are in a ghost town). We especially appreciate the hospitality and kindness of our host (Ms Quynh), she made us feel at home and our whole stay was pleasant greatly due to her kind support and help. We would definitely come back to stay at Sel De Mer again because of this experience.

The town is somewhat deserted in certain areas.

Location was excellent - very close to the beach and smack bang in the middle of grand world. The coffees were amazing.

7 nights in grand world was too much for me but that was not the hotel's fault!

Beautiful modern rooms, location is great, 3 minutes walk from both the beach and from the centre of Grandworld, ideal location! But still completely quiet for a good nights sleep. Staff are great too, very helpful and accommodating!

What I like most here is that it is near the beach and near the bus stop to Vinwonder and Safari. It only takes me 2 minutes to do that. It's great because I can buy cheap Vinwonder and Safari tickets here. The receptionist Quynh is very friendly and supports my family very enthusiastically.

Great accommodation, comfy beds and new and modern.

It can be loud in the streets with karaoke and the shows happening in Grand World. Also it is a ghost town and I would only recommend to stay here if you are going to the Amusement Park.

Good location in a quite area, good value for money, near to cafes, restaurants, and markets. Friendly staff; Lam is a good man who knows his work well. They have laundry service, and booking taxi for transporting.

Amazing staff who were very helpful on what to do in Phu Quoc and we're able to assist in booking transportation and tickets during the trip. Would highly recommend staying here, great location

Clean, good service, near the beach

The host Quynh is very kind and so helpful with everything. The area around the hotel is still a little deserted but for me it was perfect.
