Comfortable and clean, very helpful staff, all facilities. Free and comfortable transfer.

Very expensive and usual meal. The room was not ready at time, onyat 3pm. And all this time they don’t care about how comfortable you feel, our flight was at 7am, and we were not offered even drinks or meal, whatever that could facilitate the waiting even for payment. Even if you paid 750.000 for the buffet, you cannot feel yourself safe, because the discrimination goes on, you cannot have drinks like other guests, and every staff reminds you about this. And when you order the drinks, the waiters bring them and ask you to stop everything and go to the cashier and pay for the drinks. They can’t even wait when you finish the dinner or can’t carry the terminal to you, so you have to pause everything and go to pay.

I loved the beach access, the breakfast including their cake they left in my room for my birthday and it’s a hub close to everything you need from Safari to VinWonders , and VinPearl and if you’re into casinos. The room was spacious, the pool looked amazing for kids with the best slide, great for families! Staff were super helpful especially when my luggage screw broke off before leaving for the airport and the handy man fixed it speedily! So helpful. Thank you!

There was some rain and strong winds, so I was unable to enjoy the ocean swims and beach days. The building is safe, so even with the electrical shut down the generators would kick in on time.

The staff is amazing. Some of them can’t speak good level of English but all of them are trying their best to communicate and help with a kind smile on their face. The hotel is very big and luxurious. Open buffet is delicious and has a good range of options, close to Grandworld and great value for money. I highly recommend to visit all the places they offer to visit (Vinworld, Grandworld, Safari etc.). Phu Quoc is one the most beautiful place I have ever visited. Everyone should give this place a chance for an affordable luxurious experience.

There were rip tides when I visited the hitel and swimming was highly dangerous. So, I couldn’t swim at that beautiful beach. But of course this is not the hotel’s fault.

Very close to VinWonders, VinSafari, and Grand World — perfect for exploring the north attractions. Free shuttle service was a big plus. We really enjoyed the in-house facilities like the jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool, and table tennis. The property is large with plenty to do, and breakfast had a wide variety (though no specific Indian food), overall very satisfying

It was hard to find power sockets in the room. Also, I wasn’t feeling well and briefly rested on the main lobby sofa while waiting for a taxi — a staff member approached and spoke quite rudely without hearing me out. However, most of the lobby staff were otherwise kind and helpful. Would appreciate some very specific Indian options same as Radisson blue

I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels in my life, and this is hands down the best one I’ve ever experienced. The value you get for your money far exceeds expectations. The rooms are spacious with a stunning ocean view. The staff are always supportive, attentive, and kind. The pool is incredible and offers plenty of games and activities. The property itself is huge, featuring several genuine shops, clinics, a gym, a game center, a kids’ club, a casino, three or four restaurants, and large gardens both in the front and back. There’s so much to explore. The ocean is only about a five-minute walk from the rooms, still within the hotel premises. Even the walk itself is a pleasure, with beautiful scenery all around. the hotel has excellent location close to many attractions (Vi wonder, Safari, Vi City) and also provide free shuttle services. I’m sure I’m forgetting to mention other great features, but the bottom line is simple: just book this hotel—you won’t regret it or forget it!

nothing really , just a few things for hotel management to consider. The shuttle service could use some further enhancement in term of punctuality and frequency , and the breakfast it would be great if it had more international options.

The breakfast buffet is very good and there's a lot of selection of western and Vietnamese food. The Italian restaurant Atlanta is also very nice, the furniture and the deco is with great taste, and no doubt the food is very delicious. We had a wonderful dinner there. The staff we met when we checked in is very welcoming to help and quick-witted. But it took a long time for us to wait, it's obvious that the receptionist staff is not enough during the night time. (We've noticed them of our arrival time in advance.)

Our room is close to the casino belonging to the same hotel, so we heard the welcome background music coming from the balcony all the night, not very loud but you just can hear it. A little annoying everytime I tried to fall asleep... The refrigerator is not functioning.

The room was great, big, clean, comfy and quiet. The reception was responsive but couldn't help us too much. The buffet breakfast was amazing full of choices and tasty food. Hotel facilities are very good - private clean beach, water slides, nice gym and sauna. Also had fun activities during the day and free shuttles to the main attractions.

For this price you would expect extraordinary service which we didn't feel like we got. We had issues upon arrival which were the fault of the hotel but we didn't get proper compensation or responses to the situation. It felt like the staff felt sorry for us but there wasn't much they could do about it. Also we didn't get room service on one of the days (by choice) but afterwards when we asked for a bottle of water they couldn't arrange one for us. There were no cheap options for food in the area, felt like western prices.

The room seemed quite small compared to the price. The air conditioning was not working properly during my stay (which the staff did offer us to change the room but we didn’t want to change). The tuktuks don’t run outside of the hotel area, for example Grand World or Vin Wonders even though it’s a short distance. So we have to take super cramped buses which only run once every 30 mins or take a taxi which is not worth it for such short distances. Need more options for travelling around like bikes.

The suite was spacious, and my son enjoyed the pool side activities, slides, etc. The view was nice. Close to safari and vinwonders. The breakfast spread was nice catering to all..service staff were helpful.

Walk to block B from reception is long, the morning to evening free shuttle is gov bus which is always full and its not managed well by the hotel, it says its for hotel but other guest from other hotels near by are also there. we used to grab all the time we had to go to grand,safari or vinwonders.
