Nice location on the beach. Room is big and the resort is Beautiful. Breakfast is good. There is a good beachfront restaurant called the Bistro and you can walk to the beach. Hotel gives you a free pick up from the airport and a shuttle service to various activities, but I never used it.

The pool area is amazing but the chlorine seemed to dye my shorts. There is not much to do around the hotel. The whole area outside the resort hotels seems overdeveloped or not open yet. Many places are empty and lack good restaurants or coffee choices. The grand world has more shops, restaurants, evening activities and a light show at 6pm and 9.30pm. The Radisson Blu has a good lunch and evening restaurant at reasonable prices.

Wonderful resort with beautiful design, big rooms and pool, close to the beach. You have everything you need here and plenty activities next to the resort (free bus to all of them). Staff was super friendly and nice, especially Mia who helped us check in, even if we didn't go to the correct building 😅. Good options for breakfast as well.

The prices in the spa are quite high and even if we received a complementary sauna and jacuzzi, we were not informed that the jacuzzi water is cold due to a malfunction.. so we couldn't enjoy it.

The customer service and hotel staff were so friendly at Vinpearl, especially the workers driving the buggy’s. We really miss this kind of customer service in the US. The resort itself is very grand, amazingly large clean pool, and big breakfast buffet with many options. The restaurant food at the beach was just ok but the smoothies were good. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa, which is huge and very spacious. The only issue we had was as a very bad smell coming from one of the bathrooms in our villa, so we think it could have been a plumbing issue but the hotel staff addressed it quickly and had someone come to work on flushing the drains. The property is very close to vinpearl, vinwonders and grand world, but far from the town which is the tradeoff. Overall nice stay, great customer service, big villa rooms, good property amenities. Bed is comfortable, easy access to clean private beach and pool.

Shuttle bus is infrequent (2x an hour), room carpet is dusty, far from other attractions, buggy service to other facilities provided from hotel lobby but not return (had to walk back from gym every time, even when it was raining), gym equipments are basic, only 2 bottles of plain water provided daily (have to pay if I want more), variety of food provided within hotel premise is limited, nothing to do on beach - plenty of potential on beach such as volleyball or seasports can be explored.

"I would like to thank all the hotel staff, especially the breakfast restaurant supervisor, Mr. Vi Khang. He supported my requests over two days and personally handled them with great care — a true example of leadership. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay very comfortable. The hotel is clean, well-managed, and highly recommended. However, there was some construction work happening at the hotel during the day, which caused noticeable noise. It would be better if such work is scheduled more carefully to avoid disturbing guests. Overall, a great experience and I truly appreciate the service!"

The beach was clean and beautiful even in monsoon The staff wonderful and welcoming, always there to help eve when there are a lot of guests to manage Check-in, check-out was a breeze The breakfast spread was amazing. Got a good taste of local vietnamese delicacies (had breakfast and Lunch buffet spreads) The shuttle service to all the attrations nearby was punctual and convenient Discounts for local attraction tickets when booked from the resort This resort in itself need 2 days to explore (it's a big facility)

Nothing really, but just a couple of points Vinpearl should consider when you have guests who are travelling to vietnam for the first time 1. They vietnamese cuisine needs a bit of explanation. So it will be great if someone could explain the food combinations on the first day at least for first time guests 2. The Vinwonders charges Vinpearl guests for towel rentals in the water theme park. It would have been nice to exempt Vinpearl resort guests from this hassle as they could have always carried those towels from the resort. These 2 are not major issues at all.. We enjoyed our stay throughly at the resort and will visit again if possible.

An Unforgettable Evening: The Beach Bistro BBQ Party One of the highlights of my stay was the BBQ party at The Beach Bistro. This event was an absolute treat, perfectly blending a relaxed beachside ambiance with a vibrant and festive atmosphere. The setting itself was magical.

- Room was outdated but super clean. The bed was comfy. The baby cot looks very cute. - The beach was just steps from the hotel reception, clean and safe. - Breakfast offered a wide variety of food and especially lots of vegetarian options. We especially loved the Vietnamese specialities (pho, banh mi, xoi, chao) and the Korean bibimbap. - Very friendly and helpful front office staff. They were attentive enough to offer us help even before we started asking. - The pool was huge

- There was no fresh cake at breakfast (only pastries such as croissant, Danish, etc.). We would have loved some cheesecake or brownies but there was none. - Two kitchen staff spoke not very nice words toward each other during breakfast time while I was standing right next to them. They could have been joking but it was impolite and unprofessional.

Hotel features a beautiful garden and a private, clean beach. However, sun loungers on the pier are often reserved with towels by guests early in the morning. The beach and sea are clean, making them suitable for both children and adults. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh, with a wide variety of food options that were regularly replenished—we never felt anything was missing. Room cleaning was satisfactory, although general cleanliness in the hotel, particularly vacuuming carpets, could be improved. We stayed in a Deluxe room with a stunning sea view, and the room was impressively spacious. The bathroom was well-stocked, offering not only shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner but also extras like toothpaste, a toothbrush, and other small amenities. The hotel provides complimentary transportation to and from the airport, as well as to a nearby town with restaurants and shops (just two stops away). The free shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Public spa reservations are available. Service in the spa and during breakfast was excellent, but the reception staff could have been more helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but it does not quite meet the standard of a 5-star property.

Brand new with great facilities. Super giant swimming pool right next to the beach which was lovely. Lots of activities for the kids like play area. Very conveniently located close to Grand World shopping area and Vinworld amusement park. Breakfast buffet was great with many choices and delicious food.

Not for this property but in general there is a big language barrier in Phu Quoc where people don’t understand English at all.
