The 2 bedroom villa was very comfortable and incredibly spacious. The shuttle around the property by golf carts were reasonably fast and walking was also an option at times. The spa and fitness center were also a highlight, well resourced. Our private pool was always clean, despite the trees around and the regular rain during the wet season. There was a variety of options on the breakfast as well as lunch and dinner buffet. Room service and pool bar had limited options, and waiting time was quite long. Location is convenient if you’re interested in spending time at the amusement park or Grand World.

We were disappointed with a few rules not communicated clearly and upfront. The hotel has a restaurant dress code and you are only informed at the door, when checking-in for breakfast. We were caught unprepared and unaware twice, and noticed many others in the same situation. Regardless, guests should be informed before check-in. Guests in general were not very aware of others in our experience. People desperately reaching for food in front of you, cutting lines to have a word with the front desk before you. Not a hotel problem, but stains the experience.

- Very well organised hotel, comfortable and spacious villas, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, great kids club and pool, world class gym, great food options and 24 hour room service, lovely pool bar. Don't hesitate to book!

- WiFi was patchy in our room - the hotel doesn't have a diaper changing facility. You have to go back to your room to change a baby's diaper. Very odd. They should put one in the kids club. - curtains and sofas in the villa (6530) had stains and need refreshing - had to pay extra for 'western' coffee at the breakfast buffet. Only Vietnamese coffee is included.

Only villas and each is separate, so no shared walls. There is ton of space in the room. Cushy beds and bedding. And our own private pool. But we spent most time at the lovely main pool with the largest kiddie pool I've ever seen and playground. The service was attentive with even a nurse coming to the room to bandage our little ones cut. Room service was 24 hrs. The beach itself was outstanding. Pristine waters no debris no liter.

I would have liked for more game equipment for the kids/families. Like ping pong, patonk, corn hole, or badminton, or a working air hockey. Or even board games to check out . Maybe even bikes to rent.

Very modern villas, generally clean, nice furniture and decor and beautiful private pool. Good and steady WiFi throughout the resort, nice resort pool, a small but sufficient kids club, pool tables and board games at the lobby bar but closes early, The Haven is a nice beach restaurant! It’s a huge resort but buggy’s are available 24/7 to move around, staff are very friendly, we got upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa! Our stay included free access for one day at VinWonders and the buggy dropped and picked us up. Location is up north and very quiet, perfect for a nice family holiday.

1. Breakfast could definitely improve, very limited non pork options and other cuisines. I also spoke to the supervisor about how mixing pork and chicken sausages in one pot or having one thong for all is not right. 2. Two lizards were found in the room, a pest-man was sent immediately, though he caught them with bare hands!! 3. Very heavy dust under the beds, called housekeeping at night to do deep cleaning, I think deep cleaning should be done weekly for all villas.

Such a huge and amazing property and brilliantly managed !! Villas are massive and luxurious. Right next to Vinwonders and free shuttles to Grand World. Their private beach is also lovely. Staff is extremely prompt and very polite. Even though the property is huge, you don't have to wait more than 5 mins for the buggy. Rooms have all the modern facilities and everything was in working order. Breakfast - Very impressed with the available options and quality of food. The best breakfast on my tour of Vnam. Airport pick up and drop was quick and well managed. Will definitely come again !!

Images and information on their own website and booking.com don't do justice to this resort. It's a hundred times better than what the web tells you. Ratings should also be much higher.

it was a pleasant stay. On our 1st day of having breakfast in their restaurant, we've been told that there was no Halal Food for Muslim. We quite disappointed coz we had asked for confirmation before we booked our stay. But their restaurant manager and their chef (Chef Thinh) took this matter seriously, apologized and offered to cook Halal ala carte food for our breakfast, and they asked what we want for breakfast for the next two days. We were having fried rice with eggs on that day, and the next day they make some green curry chicken, fried noodles and Vietnam soup. On our last day in Vietnam, they served Korean fried chicken, fried rice and soup. It was delicious and we are truly appreciate on their effort on making us comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We surely will recommend our friends and family to stay here. Thank you Chef Thinh and the Lady Manager whose in charged that day. We will come again.

The hotel and gardens are pristine and we are a family of 4 and stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa which was huge and perfect for our stay. The staff are amazing and customer service was exceptional.

The location is perfect if you are visiting Vin World and Vin Safari but there isn’t much else to see in the northern part of the island. You are also limited for eating at the hotel but the Grab rideshare service is available if you want to eat elsewhere.

Great breakfast, nice pool with bar, clean beach, very nice staff, villa is very big, you can play hide and seek there 😂 The BBQ pool party was superb, nice food, great fire show and beautiful singing.

The facility needs some work. e.g.: the pool have a lots of loosen tiles. In our villa (6607) the garden corner was full of rubbish. The cooker was still on, not possible to switch it off or to use it. Toilet paper holder was loosen. One shower in ground floor had only could water.

We are so glad we stayed here. The staff are so lovely, special shout out to Reception staff. The buffet is amazing. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the private pool a big bonus. Locality is amazing. Walk to Vinwonders and transport to Safari Park is easy to get with free buses close by. Didn't have to pay for one grab. The little buggies (took took) around the resort are always there if you are too tired to walk. Beautiful resort. Fantastic location and beautiful workers. What more can you ask for. Best start to our holiday and birthday celebration. Highly recommend.

Lack of towels sometimes when rooms were cleaned. Towels weren't always replaced. Having to hire a pool toy I thought was a bit much. Can't see why this wouldn't be free.

It is very convenient to visit the attractions as the resort provide free shuttle service to the Safari Zoo, Vin Wonder and Grand World. The tuk tuk service at the resort is also very well organized and prompt unlike some of the other resorts which I have been, they do not have a queue system and the guest just rushed to the tuk tuk and cut queue.

We stayed in a 4 bedrooms villa. Only one of the rooms bathroom (the biggest room with bathtub) sink is very well-maintained but for the other 3 rooms, the silicon around the sink have turned black and the resort should do something about it.
