Great, brand new (?), hotel with a great pool and a very nice beach 100 meters away. The breakfast is quite diverse and the quality is high. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds are enormous. Even though we didn't use them, very close there are a night club and a casino. The complimentary shuttles for the airport and the night market were very nice, but need to be booked in advance.

Not necessarily a dislike, but it must be noted the hotel is situated quite far from the "big" villages in the island. If you don't plan to stay in the hotel pool or the adjacent beach, you will spend a significant amount of time travelling.

We loved our stay at the resort the room was spacious and clean. The staff from the front desk, F&B and housekeeping were all courteous and helpful. The beach was clean and easily accessible and the best part was the large swimming pool of the hotel where were spent most of our time.

It is not entirely the hotels fault but some signage or information on how the guests are expected to behave would be helpful. Some of the guests at breakfast were using their hands to pick up the waffles, pancakes and breads (even though there was several tongs at disposal) and putting the items back in the basket after touching it with their hands. It was extremely unsanitary and i did not dare to try any of those items. Additionally we were roomed at 4103 and the walk from the elevator to our room was accompanied by an extremely unpleasant pungent odor of armpit, although at times the housekeeping did try to mask it with some spray it rarely helped and make our walk to the room extremely unpleasant.

Simply, I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. Everything was close to perfect and worth every penny! (1) All the staffs we encountered were friendly, warm and accomodative. We just feel safe and trusting of them somehow. (2) The room we got [4006] was comfortable, clean, spacious and had the perfect view of both the pool and the beach. At night, when it gets real quiet, we can hear the waves crashing which is a plus point. (3) Eventhough the hotel is right next to GrandWorld, a casino and other public attractions, the ambience is still peaceful and calm. Ocassionally, you can hear loud sound coming from either one of these attractions, but it is bearable and not overly loud / distracting. (4) The hotel provides alot of complimentary necessities other than the common ones. Some of them are umbrella, beach slippers and a clothing line in the bathroom. They also provide complimentary water in glass bottles. (5) Facilities provided by the hotel are all on point! The pool is clean and big so it is comfortable to swim around. There are ample comfortable seats around to chill. The private beach is also gorgeous, especially when the sky is clear. The beach is clean. There are also lifeguards around most of the times and the hotel provides some free beach activities like snorkelling (free life jackets and snorkels) and kayaking. Hotel towels are ready-to-take at both pool and beach. There's even a spacious playroom for kids with various activities. (6) The hotel provides transport alternatives to certain places like the airport (one of the staffs were kind enough to suggest to us: book with hotel for airport transfer and thereafter, take grab / taxi to your intended destination from airport as some tourist attractions are nearer to the airport. This can lessen the grab / taxi fares), Duong Dong Night Market and GrandWorld. The transports to these places are punctual and staffs are always ready to give a helping hand.

There is limited choices of vegetarian and halal (muslim-friendly) food. There is one stall allocated for vegetarian dishes however, there are not much varieties to choose from.

The beds are lovely, the place is spotless. The pool and the staff there are lovely. The gardens and beach are kept immaculate. I had breakfast there as a buffet, some good some bad. The traditional food is lovely but there are many edges which could be improved. I had a meal in the main evening restaurant it just passed the I need to talk to somebody about this. All the staff are great and the area has lots going on. The local villages north and south of the resort are what makes this place with great local food and tastes. Beautiful place

Food needs improving, slightly on breakfast but the main restaurant needs vast improvement. Oh and sort the curtains out that are difficult to slide closed. Image is everything!

Brilliant hotel from all aspects of super clean beach, nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Great size room and really luxerious and comfortable. Loved the hotel. Beautiful property. Staff do their best to help you. They speak Excellent english. When you enter the hotel nice smell is everywhere. Room kept up to 5 stars high standard. Beautiful view on colorful fountain. Lots of facilities breaktfast up to 11 am, From the first day receptionist asked us if we want free shuttle to airport and she booked it. Since we will leave around 6 am. She offered us breakfast box. So professional thank you Miss Tram Nguyen Lorenso helped me with flight for ammending my name in the ticket. So professional and helpful. Hotel is near Vinwonders. They also offer free transport to GrandWorld 24 hours. Loved the hotel and their great service and everything. First visit to Phu Quoc and so glad i chose this hotel, went on a few tours and saw other people’s hotels and the location of Radisson Blu was far better in my opinion. Easy access to VinWonders, GrandWorld, Safari and beautiful beaches. Stayed here to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and was surprised when our room had been decorated and a cake - which was delicious, was delivered to our room shortly after arrival. The private beach was amazing, pristine cleanliness, free use of kayaks, coconut boats, sun beds, towels and a pool bar all monitored by lifeguards. The swimming pool was enormous, hammocks, chill out bean bag area, free bicycle hire and the friendliest of staff. Breakfast was amazing, huge choice and the food tasted great. Casino on site, shared use of the neighbouring Wyndham Hotel gymnasium, free on demand shuttle service to Grandworld and return service. Free transport to the airport and back. This hotel has it all. Our one bedroom suite was awesome , massive bed which was so comfortable, the lounge area was very plush with coffee maker, tea making facilities and fridge. Pool and sea view from the 2 balconies. All in all this was a great hotel and we will return.

Great stay! We had a suite with sea view - it was spacious, well furnished, excellently new and well maintained. Big bathroom in the master bedroom and a separate restroom in the living room. Great hospitality of staff on the reception. In particular Felix is a true jewel of the hotel team - he was most willing to help with all needs of my family. We got early check-in, late check-out. And all the necessary support during our stay

The staff at the pool bar is not fluent in English, so there was a slight communication barrier. The quantity of sunbeds on the beach is not enough: some guests had to take mattresses and lay them on the sand. If there can be put more sunbeds it would really create more comfort for the guests

The hotel is super close to most of the tourist attractions! The hotel itself was very clean and tidy also the staff was super helpful and welcoming, the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Vietnam! Would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone going to Phu quoc

Amazing location next to VinWonders and Grandworld, staff happy to take you anywhere on the buggies 24h, grounds, beach, pool and lobby areas all immaculately clean. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great, choices available were good and the timing is ideal if your a late riser. Private beach and the grounds are perfectly maintained. Pool is huge!

When we got to our room it smelled really bad, damp, probably some mould or moisture somewhere, complained to front desk and air freshener was sprayed everywhere which masked the smell in the room but could still smell it now and again in the hall way. TV would not stay on the channel and was programmed for another guest in another room. Just decided not to bother with the TV! Choice of food at the hotel is limited (especially if you have picky kids!) and not everywhere seemed to be open.

property is at the beach and it’s 3 hotels connected together next to an area called grand world, which is huge but deserted. it’s like a big movie set but no people. the hotel beach is pretty, the rooms are nice.

on our check out we saw them push and manhandle some South American guests. There were about 20 hotel staff pushing out a man and a woman from the lobby, the guests were fighting back. but this is not how you deal with guests, even if the guest was at fault. it’s a 5 star hotel, this rowdy behaviour is not accepted. instead of all this drama they could have just called the Police and dealt with it.
