As I have been here 3 times before I rebooked because of the location. It's proximity to the town is a pleasant walk albeit having to navigate past motorbikes on foot paths. At least the footpath laying project is now completed. So much development ,good or bad , you be the judge.

The same problems with hot water and internet .No big deal but so much water is wasted until hot water arrives and internet via wifi is not reliable, I was in bungalow by the beach and loved it, the locals either massaging or selling fruit were great to chat to . The water, Wifi thing is not really a problem, it all happens if you wait. Service staff could not be faulted and were obliging.

The hotel exceeded our expectations and especially the price-quality ratio was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful, but there wasn't much variety. The location is excellent, the center and the market are within walking distance. The beach is clean and suitable for swimming and sunbathing.

The buildings and the general appearance is aging, in need of renovation. The room was cleaned daily, but not very carefully - for example, the trash and sand of the previous residents remained under the beds throughout our stay. Toilet paper was not added, we ended up buying it at the supermarket. The bed's mattress was rock hard, but we managed to sleep somehow, as we didn't have back problems etc. before. There were 5 of us staying in the room, we had to separately ask for a 5th towel, but for example only 4 bottles of water were brought. There were too few blankets and pillows for so many people. The water in the swimming pool looked clear, but when diving you could see how dirty the water was, it also burned the eyes - everything was not quite right.

pool toilets were a bit dilapidated. no in hotel bar for drinks and snacks, was a bit frustrating. not enough sun loungers on the beach or by the pool for the amount of people staying in hotel

The staff were great, location for beach and restaurants was perfect.

We had an issue with a toilet leaking, which they offered a new room for. We declined as it was our last night. We settled our bill , and just in a taxi to leave. The manager decides she wants to check if we owe money (even though engineer's looked the previous) , so made us wait while she inspected. Was the only downside really though. Everyone else was so polite and good to deal with

the location is ideal. short walk to town and very close to the beach.

As has been mentioned before, the property looks a “bit tired”. Wouldn’t stop me going back there.

Breakfast was very repetitive bland and boring. Drinks at breakfast were also boring. The decking around the pool wasn't very safe, had broken pieces and the coping stones around the pool edge were very slippy. The pool area itself is in need of a makeover.

Spacious room, nice pool, beach to go down to aswell , nice garden entrance

Rock hard bed and towels like sandpaper, need more beds with matress on the beach breakfast very basic

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great location right on the beach, great pool.

Breakfast was a little limited, bread rolls, for Vietnam, were a little underwhelming. But great omelettes and pho.

The location was superb, as you could walk to pretty much anywhere in Duong Dung. We had a room with an ocean view which is highly recommendable.

Location and own beach was amazing! Stuff was very attentive! Especially Kong 😉 Breakfast was delicious! Swim pool is big and available 24 hours.
