The staff here were all very friendly and accommodating during my stay here. The breakfast options included in the stay are phenomenal and the lunch and dinner options at the retreat have many delicious options. The staff here was very helpful in setting up transportation and arranging activities for us at our request. They got us in touch with a local trekking guide, Giang and she took us for a wonderful trek through the local villages in Sapa. They were very good about up keeping the room and put away/set up my bug net every night of my stay

The staff was very nice and welcoming, and they speak good English. Food was good! View is nice when there is no fog. The cats and the dogs were very cute and friendly, a real plus :).

I don't recommend it in winter, it's very cold and there is very little heating. To be fair for the price we paid I expect not to be freezing in my room. We were unlucky with the view, in winter it's very foggy so you don't see much. They recommend July to September. Note it's a bit far from the center, you need to take a taxi (10-15mn for 8€ /200K VND).

The meals and happy hour cocktails were all delicious, the staff - especially Nam and Vuong were extremely helpful with everything from booking taxis, to helping plan activities and arranging a trekking tour with a local Hmong villager, and the views from everywhere in the property were amazing, the pictures don't do justice to the ambiance with lush gardens and fountains everywhere.

The location and views are exceptional. The service from all the staff is outstanding, we were made so welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable and spacious with the most incredible views across the valley. The team arranged for a guided trek, and our guide, Ma, was wonderful and knowledgeable. Pool was clean and relaxing with views to die for.

Beautiful views over the whole valley below, lovely chalets and bungalows with superb beds and linen. Each with nice balcony. Plenty of power points and choice of lighting in the room. The staff very attentive but gave you your privacy too. The food was a fusion of Vietnamese and international and flavours were exceptional

Honestly could not find any faults

This place is phenomenal! With all the places that I stayed in Sapa this is my #1 favorite! Starting from Mr. Nam his hospitality is second to none! He always makes sure that our stay is the best, he took care of us really well! He is very funny, nice and loves to talk to the guest and making sure everyone is having the best experience during their stay. Food is also good! I been reading reviews to this place and multiple times I saw that their food is great and it did not disappoint!! Finally our room! Upon entering it will greet you with the best view of the rice terrace and it was BREATHTAKING! I don’t want to spoil anything anymore. But this should be on your top place to stay in Sapa. I will definitely come back here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay in Ninh Binh. The bungalow was beautiful, clean, and surrounded by stunning nature. You could wake up to the sound of birds and see the mountains right outside your door. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuine. They helped us organize bikes, gave great local tips, and always greeted us with a smile. You could really feel that they cared about their guests. The location was perfect, close to all the main sights like Trang An and Mua Cave, yet quiet and peaceful, away from the tourist crowds. It felt like a true escape into the countryside. We also loved the homemade food; it was fresh, delicious, and made with care. Sitting by the pool or in the garden in the evening was the perfect way to end the day. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ninh Binh it’s one of those hidden gems that make your trip truly special. 🌿

Staff and Service are absolutely outstanding. The view as well as the common area, pets and pool are great. We also liked the location. Out of busy Sapa but easily reachable by taxi. The reception will always assist you in calling a taxi but even Grab worked just fine.

The rooms just missed the last little bit to get a 10/10. Spider webs here and there as well as insects passing through. Then again, this is an Eco stay that actually feels sustainable since we felt the place has been run steadily for many years. We would absolutely come back.

Our favorite stay in Vietnam by far! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Nam, Wang, and Bi, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression - my friend and I truly felt cared for throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking scenery that completely exceeded our expectations. Every corner of the property felt thoughtfully designed. Waking up to the panoramic mountain views each morning was an unforgettable experience. Another highlight was the food - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each meal offered by the hotel felt like a treat, adding even more joy to our time there. A huge thank you to the team at Eco Palms for such a memorable experience! We'll definitely be back :)

It’s a beautiful facility with view on the rice field which is a good point! The staff is nice and the chef is very talented because the dishes are very tasty. With that being said , it’s worth mentioning that the location is not the best as it’s outside of the city so the only way to go the city is to take a taxi as by foot is almost 2 hours. And it’s not possible to use bicycle because it’s a road that only goes up. So it’s something to have in mind as the price of taxi is more expensive than in Hanoi . As for the room, it’s nice set up with good view on the rice field but few things to mention. You need to wait few minutes for the hot water (7 minutes) and the light is not so bright in the bathroom. And because the rooms are build very close to the floor , you may encounter few insects. Considering that I did not stay long in the room but only to sleep , it did not bother me much but that’s something to keep in mind. To summarize , in my opinion the facility is nice to relax with all the good spots with great view and nice swimming pool. However, considering the location and the other points mentioned above , I am not sure that it’s worth the price which is more expensive compare to other facilities which may or may not have the same view but have better location and are cheaper. I will still go there for the food though.
