We had a mountain view cabin and the view was truly breathtaking, as good as the pictures. Sapa itself is so stunning that the whole experience was worth it just being in the region. The room was gorgeous, nice bathroom - if you have a chance, you should really try the included Hot Pot lunch special at the main hotel (it's some of the best hot pot we've had)

The room was FREEZING which is fine due to the region/time of year but there didn't seem to be any way to heat it up. The beds have heating pads on them which is nice but the room itself got really cold. The biggest thing was the noise...there are a lot of stray dogs that start barking at night, cars going by/honking constantly, it was so hard to sleep. We live in a big city so noise is something we're used to but being in a relatively quiet place where the only noises are super noticeable made it really hard to sleep The other thing is the cabins are quite far from the main hotel/town. It wasn't really an issue for us and they have a great shuttle service. The only time we felt the distance was around dinner time where getting food was harder and the room service is not very good

I would especially like to mention Ms. Tam, (Reservation Manager), who went above and beyond when I fell very sick during my stay. She was incredibly helpful and kind, and even accompanied me to the doctor’s clinic when I needed assistance. Her caring nature made a significant difference in my overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

We chose Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa for a romantic weekend, and it exceeded every expectation. Our wooden bungalow was tucked on the hillside, giving us complete privacy and a panoramic view of the emerald rice fields. Every morning felt like waking up in a dream. We spent our days exploring nearby villages and came back to enjoy the indoor heated pool and a couple’s herbal bath. Dinner at the resort was a highlight, we tried the grilled stream duck and several other local specialties. The staff surprised us with a small cake on our last night, knowing it was our anniversary. It’s rare to find a place that balances comfort, culture, and natural beauty so well. We’ll definitely return

This was a beautiful hotel - love the eco amenities and special boutique touches, The room was gorgeous and very comfortable, However, my room was very noisy. Lots of construction that went on very early and kept going very late, and I mean loud clanking and drilling all day long. I could also not only hear my neighbors in the connecting bungalow but also the next bungalow over. And the mountain view was not worth the money as I looked upon a hill of dirt and construction; was happy when the fog rolled in. Breakfast were great!

It was nice that hotel had spa, jacuzzi, and sauna. But the water and sauna never got hot in the women's room so was unusable, we had to use the one in the men's room (approved by staff) and hoped no men would come in while we were using. Spa massage was nice but the whole service portion could use some more style and service to feel truly like a luxury. And do not say you can exchange money and never have enough money to exchange for guests!

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled this time because our stay here was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early (10:00 AM) at no extra cost and even let us use the hotel facilities—like the pool, sauna, and showers—both before check-in and after check-out. They also helped us rent a motorbike, making everything super convenient. On top of that, the room was amazing—spotless, with incredible views. While you do need to take a golf cart to get to and from the main reception, they run all day and night, and the longest we ever waited was just three minutes. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful resort which was exactly as I'd hoped to spend our Christmas. It felt really magical as the cabins are really cosy and warm. They let us check in earlier (10am) as we arrived early from the bus station at 6am which we were really grateful for. Easy to get into town with taxis on Grab. We had some noisy neighbours late one night as the cabins host two rooms, and reception quickly resolved this for us. Buggies to get to and from reception were easy to organise and generally quick to arrive. Breakfast for us was included and the buffet was delicious and good variety. Didn't actually use the pool as we didn't have time in the end, but it was definitely warm enough for a dip in December! Would recommend this resort to anyone going to Sapa and wanting a more luxury stay.

Breakfast was very expensive ($14 pp) which was a shame as we arrived early we would've liked to have had breakfast while we waited for the room. I wasn't able to have a bath because the hot water ran out quickly and the bath itself was letting out all the water even with the drain closed. Was a bit of a disappointment as I saw there was bubble bath so I was excited to run myself a bath. And a suggestion is a patio heater would be nice to make the most of the lovely balcony in winter!

I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Jade Hill. Everything was truly impressive the food was delicious, the rooms were cozy and beautifully designed, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views made it a perfect escape. The only small issue was the language barrier, as communication in English could be improved. However, the overall experience was so good that it hardly mattered. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and I hope to come back again soon!

Really nice cabin and wonderful staff. Great view over the mountain. They bring you to and from the cabin to the hotel in a buggy. The pool area is nice too, and the free ice cream is fun. The city centre is only a short drive away.

Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on in Sa Pa in general. Also on the side of the hill. The first night we were woken up early by this sound, but the staff was so kind to upgrade us to a better cabin and we didn’t have any issues with the sound anymore.
