To start with, Ngoc is an amazing host. She was super helpful and kind. She also allowed us to stay few hours longer after check out time because of late bus from Sapa. The place is a beautiful spot in a countryside. If you stay in house No. 1 be aware of a neighboring family with a farm that wakes up early. Otherwise rooms are nice, view is beautiful and beds are comfortable not too firm or soft. Food is local and Ngoc has her own garden where she picks vegetables to prepare the food. She even grows mint but is not aware that tea can be made from fresh mint leaves 😊. Different services can be booked through her, like bus tickets, local guide, scooters/motorbikes. Dear Ngoc, thank you for your hospitality and all the best for you!

Excellent view from our room! We love the rice paddy of Muong Hoa Valley. The bed is comfortable. Strong air con and very quite location! Our kids love the small pool very much

I hope they can improve the road to the property a little bit more and have better F&B. We did have our dinner in the property; it wasn't excellent or bad. But we came to this place for the beautiful view of the rice paddy field anyways!

Beyond expectations. The place is just lovely, you can feel a lot of work and heart was invested into making the bungalows so charming. Beautiful views. The owner was so helpful and flexible, always ready to adjust meal times etc. We were sick during the stay and she was very caring, always making sure we had what we needed. Even prepared us a special rice porridge. It's located quite remote but that's exactly what we wanted (you can get to the centre of Sapa by taxi for 250k). Strongly recommend!

Loved everything about the place. Very convenient that our host Ngoc offered meals and breakfast options. Because the place is 15 mins away by Car/Grab from the city, that made a huge difference as you can easily just stay and relax at night at your accommodation basking in the amazing views / surroundings.

One of the best stays we’ve had in Vietnam. The huts were nice and cosy, and the owner Ngoc was super nice and friendly. There was enough provided to ensure you had a good night’s sleep, and to be honest, I had the best sleep here. I hope to come back again when the rice fields are green or yellow.

Lovely rooms with a beautiful view over the fields. Good shower and tasty breakfast. Easy walk into the local village and the host is really helpful.

It's not really a dislike but it is important to realise it's a good 20 minutes from Sapa. You will need transport. Apart from two small sections the road is good.

We were helped very well with the booking of a night bus. The transfer to the accommodation was also organised and ran smoothly. The staff is super nice and very helpful. The resort is very pretty and beautifully situated in the rice fields.

Beautiful view. Very peaceful. The room was very comfortable, absolutely clean. There is air conditioning. I also love the food here. The owner is very friendly and always ready to help when there is a request for assistance.

It takes about 9km to go to Sapa town center. If you don't know how to use a motorbike, it's a bit inconvenient to discover

It's the very definition of "a picturesque and serene hotel". The room is very nicely designed so that the all around paddy fields view can be enjoyed from the glass interiors Ngoc the host and her family were very helpful and friendly..She helped us with our fansipan and the transportation bookings.

Fantastic host, whatever you need is no problem. We had a bungalow with mountain view,we ate here twice ,both times enjoyable. Hired a scooter via the host,laundry taken care of as usual. Varied breakfast menu. Great value for money.
