I came here and it was the most idyllic oasis in nature away from the busy and touristy Sa Pa. The surroundings and the house itself is just beautiful. There is a nice garden and a pool and the views are unmatched. The food was always good, especially the family dinner. My room was small, but cozy and perfectly sufficient, I had a nice garden view and everything I needed. Everything super clean as well. The staff is super super friendly and the little dog a literal angel! You are made feel very welcome and at home — if you need a little mountain retreat I highly highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay at moc home sapa , all the staff was so welcoming 🙏🏻 😊🍀❤️ & warm & loving. It really felt like a home away from home. The views are just next level breathtaking 😍 in the middle of the mountains ⛰️ & rice paddocks. It was a perfect spot do some a morning yoga session on the gorgeous wooden floors & to enjoy a cup of tea on the balcony. Everything was very clean & cosy & the community area was great. The staff cooks really yummy 😋 food & they even still made me a papaya salad when we arrived late. I would highly recommend this place. We loved it ❤️

I'm a light sleeper , so it was a little noisy for me , but I still loved our stay there regardless ❤️🙏🏻

Very clean, comfortable and relaxing space to be in. We regretted not booking to stay here longer. Breakfast was lovely - eggs and coffee but there were other options. Staff cooking breakfast were lovely. We would love to stay here again. Our favourite home stay we stayed in. It is a little bit of a walk up a hill but the property leave clear instructions on this. They have snacks and drinks available you can take and charge to your room. Really well done and cannot recommend enough you stay here. Cleanliness was not nearly as good in other places we were. Bed was very comfortable also.

Our only reason for not giving a 10 was due to the poor laundry service - our laundry was very badly wrinkled and left in a ball, in a worse condition than what we handed it up in and we just felt it wasn’t ok to hand anyone their laundry in that condition. However we were happy we got a full refund for laundry with no problems. I hope the laundry service improves.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and able to check us in at an early hour to accommodate to our needs! She was very kind to show us where everything was and helped us with a smooth check in. The breakfast was decent and the space was very clean. Do note that it is a communal bathroom with bathrooms and two sinks. Make sure to plan your time ahead if you want to shower. Aside from that, they do have a dog so if you have any allergies might wanna stay clear but the dog is very gentle and sweet, will join you if you are trekking! overall it was a lovely experience, thank you to the staff.

A great spot to experience the rural way of Vietnamese life. This homestay was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful arranging transport and extra ways to tap into the culture. There is a more of a hostel vibe since you share bathrooms with other guests and the rooms walls don't extend all the way to the ceiling but we were aware and enjoyed meeting fellow travelers. The property has a few different spots to find yourself your own little chill area. Breakfast options were good to select from and the family style dinner was also super tasty. Overall very pleased with our stay!

Not sure how to start this review - Moc homestay has been the highlight of our trip to Vietnam so far. The kindest, most helpful host and her sidekick Pencil 🐶 made the stay so wonderful and relaxing. We loved the home cooked food and their guided trekking though the Mường Hoa Valley with Mang, who brought us 11km through villages, traditional homes, and along the river. Sad to leave after three nights - thank you so much 🥹🫶💕

Shared bathrooms often very wet, but this is to be expected with a homestay!

This was the perfect stay in a village outside of Sapa. We even extended one night because of the atmosphere and relaxing feel of the homestay. You really do feel at home there and don’t want to leave. Great food, great staff, great place. If you are looking for a relaxed time outside of Sapa, this is perfect. We booked a trek there and it was really great. We did the trek 3 (labelled as hard, but it was really not hard). If you prefer walking through the rice fields and bamboo forest instead of concrete roads from village to village, ask for Mimi as your guide, she knows the beautiful offroad way! Can’t wait to go back one day. The communal bathrooms were also so clean and nice.

We were lucky and the place wasn’t fully booked when we stayed there, but if every room is occupied you might have to wait a little bit for the bathroom. And an FYI: we didn’t mind, but you should know that the rooms on the upper floor are open at the top, so you hear every noise. The rooms on the lower floor are closed but really did feel/smell a little humid, but no mold or anything.

1. A very nice property with kitchen facility’s , small swimming pool , with lot of books to read , with ample common space to enjoy eating / reading . 2. They made nice vegetarian noddle dish and made it spicy on my request which I very much like .

1. They did not provide drinking water bottle and it’s very discomfort to me. Their room charge higher competitively and they should provide water bottle in room. I absolutely not like it . ( Though they kept a water arrangement in common but it either give hot ( boil) water or cool ( chill water ) . Drinking water not available at room temperature .

Really cosy and friendly homestay in the heart of the Sapa countryside away from noise and busy roads (about 30 mins car drive from Sapa town itself). It is a homestay but with some very nice comforts so if you want a more traditional experience this may not be for you. Great little spots to relax around the property and read your book. Staff were amazing, the family dinners (around 155 VND each) were great as were breakfasts, and a fair few tours available through the property (on the more expensive side but I think typical for the area). Rice fields at this time of year are harvested but I can imagine in August/September the views being even more breathtaking. Oh and who can forget about Pencil the most loving and friendly resident dog! They let us leave bags in a sister hotel in Sapa town itself as we had a late transport out of Sapa.

The bedsheet was not quite big enough and the mattress underneath was old and could do with updating. Only 2 bathrooms which were wet rooms but that was fine for the number of guests also staying.

It was one of the most adorable homestays I have been in. The place was super duper, clean, and cozy. Has to be one of my favorite rooms of my trip. The bed had a mattress warmer, and the bed was really comfortable. The hosts and the staff were always super polite and helpful. View from the home was overlooking the rice fields and mountains. The place is 12 km away from the center, so do consider it if you are looking for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of Sapa Center
