The hotel was absolutely 5 star in its service. The hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10 according to my OCD wife. The staff were lovely and ensured throughout our stay that everything was ok. A massive thank you to Kibriya who went out of his way everyday to ensure we had everything and gave us the best service. He was the sunshine of the hotel and made our morning when we went down for breakfast. Breakfast was amazing as the choices of food were endless. Was very satisfied with the way they cleaned our room everyday. Pool was nice and clean and very enjoyable. Loved the perks of the hotel membership as we got discount on your drinks etc. Just to end the hotel always smelt divine

The pillows were too bulky

A major shout-out to Abdul at the front desk - what an amazing first experience checking in (which I believe always sets the tone for the rest of the stay somehow). But, in general all the staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated on the Marina, with great views and right next door to the mall, and a large variety of restaurants and night life close by. The rooms are perfectly sized with the best part being the floor to ceiling windows to take in the views. Comfortable beds and spotless rooms with beautiful large mirrors.

A decent sized mirror near a plug point or vice versa (for the hair dryer). I don't understand the round table, assuming it is used as a desk, obscurely placed in the middle of the room which takes up unnecessary space, and we walked into it a couple of times. Space for 2 suitcases in a double room would be great, because with the round desk there's not much space for another suitcase.

Location, rooms, facilities fantastic, would definitely stay again and recommend to others. I would particularly like to mention one of the staff members called Jamal, he was working serving breakfast and his attention to detail was very impressive. As an example, at one point I had placed my morning medication next to my coffee, somehow Jamal noticed this and brought me a glass of warm water for me to take my medication with. I saw him do these little things on many occasions and he just seemed so friendly and most important genuine.

Staff were amazing. Looked after us so well. The location was excellent and the food and choice was second to none. Would thoroughly recommend people staying here.

The only thing that marred our stay was the fact that we left some loose change on the bedside table 4 days into our stay and it went missing. We did report it but obviously not much happened. We then chose to not have our room cleaned for the remaining 6 days. Whilst we accept that money on the side staff might think it’s a tip it’s a bit presumptuous in my opinion.

Very nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Great location with direct access to the Marina. Breakfast was delicious and always had a good variety of choices (worth including). Staff were extremely friendly. Everything was very clean and tidy and well kept.

The blinds in the room never fully closed so the light did come in a small gap every morning. You can hear cars beeping on the roads close by (not loudly). Pool is lovely but just be aware areas don’t get sun during different times of the day due to surrounding building (wasn’t an issue for us).

From the beautiful Marina views to the heartfelt service, every part of my stay reflected excellence. I can’t wait to return, and I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality.

This hotel has a fantastic location! Perfect for sightseeing or relaxing, it's close to everything you need. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. But what truly impressed me was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Solomon deserves special recognition. His kindness and willingness to help go above and beyond - he's fantastic with kids and always has a smile for everyone. He's a true asset to this hotel! Keep a good eye on him, Managers! Overall, a great stay - highly recommend.

The daily breakfast is amazing, but since we stayed there a little less than two weeks, it felt like there is not much variety.

We have celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at the hotel. The stuff at this property were great. They all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean, spacious and the view over Dubai Marina was amazing. We were treated with a delicious cake and the room was beautifully decorated for our special occasion. We thank all the stuff for their loving care. We will be back.

Communication was smooth from booking to check-in/out. Our view from the room was exceptional-thanks for making my husband's birthday a special one!. The team decorated the room with balloons and my husband luckily received two complimentary cakes (on check-in (my mistake for not informing them earlier) & on his birthday)-really made him feel special 😊 There was always a variety of choices for breakfast which we both enjoyed! The Marina really came alive at night. Walking to JBR was within 30 minutes or less where we enjoyed the drone show and walked to Blue Waters via the bridge from JBR. Dubai Marina mall was at our doorstep-restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, waitrose etc Ideal location - we would stay here again! Thanks for making our 1st stay at the Dubai Marina a memorable one ❤️
