You get exactly what it says only. The Chinese restaurant was excellent, and we didn't mind paying the extra €20 for wine to wash it all down.

All inclusive food and drink was very repetitive. Everyone saves sun loungers early every day. The pool tables are pretty rubbish. Closed the pool at 1815 everyday and not at sunset.

The resort is lovely, the staff were amazing. The food was very nice, including the restaurants on site. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. They accommodated every request that I had.

The reception staff need more customer service training as some came across rude.

Food required more variety. Animation team is new required to be more active, practice more and recommend to add comedy segment in the show. No internet available in the room, internet available in the lobby with additional charge.

The management staff very professional and have the know how of dealing with their guests. Special thanks to Mr Handy sedhom for his great efforts which made our stay and changed all the bad things of the 1st night 100%. Very good hotel, cozy and comfortable. We live in Hurghada and often visit different hotels - this one is among the best in the "price-quality" category. Tasty food, clean rooms, great waterpark for children and adults - everything is super!

Staff knocked on our door at 8 AM with the question: "Do you remember, today is your check-out?" and tried to open the door himself (we were sleeping and using a door latch).

This is the second time for us in less than a year, we have been to several hotels including high end hotels in Hurghada. This is our favorite so far .Mr Hani the hotel manager was very keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible .The staff are wonderful, helpful , and cheerful. The variety of food is little but the quality is great so thats not really an issue given the quality of food . All in all we will be coming again .Love it ,& keep it up!!!

Large spacious room. Friendly and happy staff. Lots of well maintained greenery. Good selection of food in the main restaurant.

Long walks between facilities. The toilets outdoors near the main entrance were quite outdated, locks broken on the toilets and not the cleanest they could have been.
