First, I would like to thank Nardeen from Guest Relations for her efforts during my stay. My experience was different, and I truly appreciate it. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, Nardeen greeted me with a beautiful smile and upgraded my room to a renovated one. She was extremely kind and personally escorted me to the room, where I was surprised to find the room decorated and a cake in the room for me. She even celebrated my birthday with me, and I was so happy! Although it was just one night, it was one of the most wonderful nights, and I never imagined someone would do something like this for my birthday. I also remember that she contacted me before my arrival to ensure she could welcome me when I reached the hotel. All the staff were very friendly, and I hope to return to this hotel soon.

My experience at the hotel reception was extremely positive. Upon arrival, the receptionist ( lana ) greeted me with a friendly smile, which created a good first impression. The check-in process was quick and smooth, taking no more than a few minutes. ‎‏The Guest relations ( Nardeen ) was very professional, providing me with useful information about the hotel facilities and hours of operation, as well as recommendations for nearby attractions. They were always available to answer any questions I had. I also noticed that they took care of other guests with the same enthusiasm and care. ‎‏As for the cleanliness department, the experience was generally satisfactory. The rooms were clean and tidy upon my arrival, with a clear attention to detail. Bed linens and towels were changed regularly, and there was always a pleasant air freshener that added a refreshing atmosphere. ‎‏The efforts in cleanliness were evident, as public areas like hallways and the reception were well-maintained. The bathrooms in both the rooms and public areas were clean and organized, reflecting a high level of professionalism. ‎‏I would like to thank all the staff in the reception ,guest relations and cleanliness departments for their outstanding efforts. They contributed to making my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family based on my positive experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly deserve commendation.

This hotel is thoroughly modern and really well-situated for the typical tours that you would want to do in this part of Egypt. Outside of the centre of Cairo, there is less pollution and the transfer time to the historic sites is much less than if you were to stay in the heart of the city. It is also well-placed for visits to the new Mall of Egypt, a vast and very new shopping mall with late opening. The hotel has great facilities, was very clean and is good value for this quality of hotel. The food was delicious: breakfast was plentiful, fresh and included a good selection of cooked food, pastries, cereals, fruits, etc. We ate a pool-side lunch on a couple of occasions which was also fantastic. In the evening, we had a lot of choice between a couple of different restaurants, including buffet or a la carte ordering. Whatever we ate was well-prepared and extremely tasty. However, the most compelling reason to stay at this hotel is the staff: to a person, they were brilliant. Never before have we stayed in a hotel where we have been treated so well by the staff. All of them were super-keen to help and ensure that our stay was as good as it could possibly be. This was true of the front desk staff (Mohamed el shimy), the wonderful Nardeen (Guest Relations),I would highly recommend this hotel and only .

Nardeen and Islam welcomed me with a very special smile, sent me a lot of beautiful chocolate, and gave me a special room. During the stay everything was wonderful, Nardeen and Basant also called me the next day to make sure that everything was fine. They are two very nice girls. I have never seen anything like them in any hotel. Their uniforms were distinctive, and their smiles and the way they spoke were also beautiful. They became my friends and I agreed with us I will come to the hotels again to see them. Muhammad Al-Shimi is a nice man I met him at the check-out. He is a very respectable man. Four employees were distinguished in their work and respected. I hope to see them again because I loved them and their way with me. I liked Egypt so much and in my opinion Movenpick Hotel is laxury hotel and all the staff is professional especially Mr/shemy , Ms/Maya ,Ms/Nardeen from front office they were very friendly and helpful.
