Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and evening buffet. Free shuttle bus to/from the airport which I used twice. It was reasonably quiet, some road noise and unfortunately noisy other guests talking loudly for a long time after arriving late at night, one night, made worse by having an adjoining door to the next room which lets the noise through. Although next to the airport, they was no problem with aircraft noise. You heard nothing as the aircraft took off away from the hotel and they only took off towards the hotel for a short time one afternoon.

Airconditioning was quite noisy, I wish the shuttle bus was more often, having to wait 50 minutes when you are just too late for the previous one!

Hotel was very good, staff were friendly, restaurant and bar service excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was the hotel transfer service from Guarulhos Airport. The hotel gave clear instructions as to where to find the shuttle bus in the bus station in Terminal 2 " bus stop 12,14,16,18 or 20". We followed them to the letter and we waited for the 10.05 pm shuttle only to see it drive away from another part of the bus station. The next was scheduled for 10.55pm. So after almost 1 hour of stressful waiting, we saw it approaching and followed it to bus stop 1. The following morning, we took the shuttle back to the airport and again it parked at bus stop 1 in Terminal 2, the opposite end of the bus station from that advertised in the hotel's instruction!

Staff were really lovely, clearly spoke a range of languages. I had a small problem with my room on arrival (leaky fridge with a towel in it) and they resolved it pretty much immediately, and were very apologetic. Free transfer from the hotel to the airport was SO helpful and eased a lot of stress for me. Good internet, free to use printer in the reception area, breakfast included and very affordable buffet options for lunch and dinner.

There were a few issues that suggested the building needed a bit of a refresh. My room had a problem with a leaky fridge, there were leaks overnight resulting in buckets in the reception area in the morning. Overall didn't impact my stay as I was there for one night for an early flight the next day.

Location, free transfer to/from the airport, great breakfast, great rooms, nice staff, the fact that they kept my room ready though I’ve arrived super late - due to flight disruption!

They could have checked the messages I sent through Booking.com system. I kept them posted on my arrival delay but the lack of reply from them made me worry about the booking the whole time I was trying to get there. Calling them from abroad is nearly impossible, no one picked up and the phone system kept cutting halfway through the menu options. Maybe their phone / messaging system need to be improved. Aside that, all great!

The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. I enjoyed having a coffee machine in the room and the 2 complimentary coffees and bottle of water. Also the snacks available to purchase 24 hours a day is a great option for those who need a late night snack. The airport shuttle is another fantastic idea and having English speaking staff is great and very helpful.

There was not anything I didn't like but suggestions for a personal preference to make a stay even better would be: 1) Some salad veggies for breakfast for those on vegetarian diets, lettuce cucumbers, peppers. 2) A scale, to weigh bags before heading off to the airport.

The SPA was a big differentiator in my stay. I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claudia and she went above and beyond in taking the best care of me with a massage, acupuncture, and electrotherapy treatment that made me feel so refreshed after an intense work trip. She is AMAZING and I already scheduled my next stay at the Hampton Guarulhos based on my experience with her alone. The prices were extremely reasonable and she was super flexible with scheduling and had a consultative, knowledgeable approach.. there was a zen atmosphere int he spa room that was extremely calming. The food from the restaurant was also very tasty, with some great vegan options, and a very attentive staff. The free shuttle to the airport was also extremely convenient.

The advertised baggage storage services gave me some trouble since it was outsourced via a third party. Would have loved to have a purified water fill up station for water bottles, as they only had a small flavored water dispenser that was lovely but not big enough to fill up my big water bottles. I had to purchase smaller ones from the front desk... would have loved to be able to recycle them, too, but they did not have this option. It would be much more environmentally friendly if they made water fillups more accessible.

I don't know if the hotel is new, but it seems to be. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is attentive, and one of the guys at the bar is very friendly and attentive. The room is clean, and the bathroom is nice with a good shower. The breakfast is great, with a lot of variety. The hotel has a restaurant. We had dinner the first night, which was also great, with a lot of variety (buffet style). They have a shuttle from and to the airport as well. If I need to spend the night in Guarulhos before or after my trip, I will stay at this hotel again.

No complains

Starting at the beginning, an early arrival at the airport, so contacted the hotel via the Booking app to inform them that I was at the airport, either the shuttle was sent or informed,I was there so only waited a short while. I arrived at the hotel 7 hours before the check in time, requested an early check in, which was forth coming when clean. Facillities were ideal for my requirements, comfortable room, good sized bed and bathroom. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food plus fruit, a range of fruit juices available every morning. The evening buffet again had a good selection of dishes and a number of deserts, there is also a snack menu, room service menu and restaurant menu.

Storage space was limited, plenty of hanging space but probably designed for short overnight stays, not a weeks stay. Limited options in the shop beside reception for snacks and drinks, only sold small bottles of water (510 ml) and no facilities close by to shop for extras.

Located 10mins from terminals and connected by hotel shuttle bus. Close to being under aircraft approach path, so some noise. Hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, so no restaurants, etc within walking distance. There is a gym and bar, but no other leisure facilities, so for any more than one night, bring a book. The restaurant has a buffet with plenty of choice, but the taste and quality leaves something to be desired.

Remote location - not close to restaurants, shops, etc

This is a good airport hotel and has everything one needs if that is why you are here. The room was neat and tidy and the shower got hot almost instantly and there was always hot water. The breakfast is very good. The shuttle worked well...it arrived and departed on time.

The wireless is really slow and sometimes dropped out...this was annoying. The hotel is almost under the flight part of one of the runways so you do hear flight, but earplugs solve that. The location is poor if you want to go somewhere for a few hours...but is is an airport hotel.
