The breakfast was affordable, and the meals were tasty. I loved the location as it was walking distance from shopping areas. The artwork helped with the aesthetics of the space The bed was divine! Staff was extra friendly. Transport was very easy to access.

Needed a wider variety of the breakfast or change the offerings daily or every two days. Why not offer some local meals on the menu like pastels?

- The staff was very kind and efficient, especially Arthur, the person working at the reception. I had a problem with my room and he we helped me finding another. - The breakfast: not huge but offered everything we need. The buffet looked clean, well organized; fruits were fresh, good selection. Breakfast room was large enough and clean.

Almost all the rooms have the bed in the middle, with the desk behind it. Looks awful and takes the whole espace of the room, making it look crowded, unorganized, awful…

Staff were very helpful even though not all of them spoke English very well. Not an issue. The Location of the hotel just off Paulista was fantastic.

It would have been great if there was body lotion/cream in the bathroom of the same brand as the shampoo and conditioner. The Mercure in Rio de Janeiro had the lotion and if was great.

This is a non-smoking hotel, which we loved. The staff at the reception (Arthur) was very kind and attentive, he made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. The bathroom had a strong shower and good quality hair dryer. Our stay was pleasant. The hotel is very close to Avenida Paulista and close to the metro. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel or used other amenities there, so we cannot rate them. We had a car rental and parked our car in the hotel parking using their valet service.

There was nothing that was really an issue for us. But the lights in the bedroom could be better, it was a bit too dark for our taste.

I was travelling from South Africa. So this place was good for resting as well as the food options were amazing and fresh. Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly to me. Room was comfortable and cleaned everyday.

Location to Paulista Avenue, friendly staff. Even though it was a struggle with the language, the staff still assisted with directions to get around the city.

We really liked very caring stuff who warned us about not using mobile phone on streets because it will be stolen. Breakfast was good. We got the room with two bathrooms and it was amazing.
