The staff was Exceptional! Very attentive, resourceful and eager to help! The property is a short distance from town, and I really like the fact that there are so many amenities On property. The option of having breakfast included was on point for us! The food was delicious and the ladies who waited on us were always pleasant! The hotel’s Private Beach is Absolutely Stunning and we had a great time there!

The gravel between the cottages picks up and magnifies Footsteps at all times of the day and night. Cement would be a better solution for noise control. Listening to people walk between the cottages on gravel was a Huge Annoyance. Also, there needs to be some sort of physical divider/separation in the cottages between the sleeping area and the bathroom area. I didn’t like going from the shower to the sink - in plain view with No Privacy. With regard to the Private Beach, the current method of reserving the daybeds is unfair, and abused by guests. That process needs to be modified and/or more daybeds need to be offered with shorter time intervals.

The property private beach was indeed the highlight of the trip. The property location was close to the shops, bars and restaurants.

I did not receive any room cleaning my entire stay.

The staff were excellent from the porter that picked us up at the water taxi dock, the front desk, the conceriges Alysa and Matthew were excellent and so helpful. Finally the servers were so friendly and made our stay. We looked forward to our mornings with Miguel and finishing our evenings with Kimberly. This stay will be one of our highlights of all of our world travels.

The air conditioner was located above the head of the bed and unfortunately was dripping condensation continuously.

Food choices were great throughout the day. Expensive, but not excessively so. Secret Beach trip was included and was wonderful!

The Booking.com room description was not accurate. We thought we had a one bedroom king with “kitchen, coffee maker, washer dryer, big room”. We did not, as the room that we received was a one bedroom king. Period. Hilton was to reach out to Booking.com to correct the description for future, but they moved us to a 3 bedroom with the kitchen, etc on the 2nd day.

overall I thought the food was overpriced and we were charged service and other taxes and gratuity multiple times.. initially while actually having a meal and signing on the receipt with the room number .. but then again when we checked out and actually paid for everything via the card. bad taste to charge twice for the same services !

The resort is beautiful and the staff is friendly. There are places to eat on site, which is convenient. The amenities are superb, the private beach is quiet and relaxing and there is a restaurant/bar on the private beach as well.

The rental units have louvered windows (which matches the style of the area), but provide no sound dampening. We stayed in a garden cottage and you could hear anyone who walked/drove by and even sounds from the neighboring garden cottages/family cottages.

Mahogany Bay was a beautiful property. Our suite was clean and comfortable. It was located a little ways from the airport, but still near plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The pool area and private beach were amazing, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The only complaint is that the website showed a suite with a completely furnished kitchen. That was not the case. When we arrived there was an ice bucket and one glass in the kitchen. I went back down to the front desk to inquire about this and was told other items were not furnished. I requested another glass and was told someone would bring one to our room…three days later upon checking out we had still not received a second glass.

Beautiful resort and the beach club was relaxing.

Food was pricey and you have to walk a distance from room to the pool/bar/restaurant/lobby without a golf cart, which has to be rented per day. Additional costs can creep up on you.

Liked the room, people were friendly. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Private beach nice but overrated, very shallow water, boats to get there and back, not enough. Restaurants listed misleading times for closing, closed early. Lot of construction noise in area. Constantly had to ask for extra towels.
