Taxi 40mins from airport, £35. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Lots to do, always something going on. Great room, block 39. Beautiful beach and sea. Pool great. Animation team brilliant, especially Le Bron. Non stop enthusiasm without being too pushy. Loved variety of entertainment available. Read some reviews about poor attitude of staff, it's true but don't let that put you off going. It's a beautiful complex. 👌

Shocking staff in Buffet hall and some bar staff. Very nonchalant and half assed. Not all of them but too many to not comment on it. Paid over £5k for dream holiday so did annoy me when you have staff that make you feel like a 'nuisance '. Hotel need to seriously sort staff out and send them on a 'social etiquette ' course. Saying that, didn't let it spoil hols. Rest was just perfect 👌

Pool water is too hot. We wanted to get a membership with the company and bring our staff and clients to their locations for retretes and workshops, however, they did not allow us to study the contracts and check it with our accounting and legal. They put pressure to review everything and sign after the presentation they had. That's unfortunate. We really wanted to work with them, but no reasonable person should be expected to sign into any significant legal and financial commitment in the lobby on the spot and without careful review of all details.

I loved everything about this Resort, Starting with the friendly and efficient Staff at the front desk. Ronny makes my weekend by giving me the best room possible. Also, Nestor at the Italian restaurant made me feel like a queen at that restaurant. And Rosa the cleaning lady was very polite and helpful. Loved everything this is an exceptional resort. 10/10. I recommended. The food is delicious, the drinks are super good. I want to move there forever. I love SERENADE.

No comments The beach needs to be cleaned. I notice lot of algae on the beach. However, I was told at the airport that there has been an algae infestation on the beaches from that area. And authorities were addressing the issue.

The staff were friendly and very attentive. Our concierge, Patrick was amazing and very helpful. The food was very good, even my picky kids loved it! The two shows we went to, The Greatest Showman and The Michael Jackson tributes, were very entertaining. The beach was fabulous. The waves were strong so be mindful if you are not a a good swimmer.

The sofa bed was not comfortable. I would have liked a drying rack in the room for all out wet clothing. The a la carte dinners were a bit slow with the service so be prepared to wait. If you don't want to worry about that the buffets are great and have a huge selection.

The staff overall very attentive to cleaning and maintaining the location, rooms were always cleaned they did an amazing job. The hotel was great.

You had to wake up at 5am to be able to get an area at the pool. All the pools. All the chairs were taken by 6am. I’m imagining people left them over night. Very bad management on that part Also the American Resturant is dirty and the hostess was very arrogant!

It was our first time doing an all inclusive and we weren't sure what it'd be like. It was excellent. Food was generally good and plentiful. Bar drinks are flowing. The pool is really nice. The room was cleaned daily. The staff are friendly and attentive but unintrusive. I saw people complaining here about agents trying to sell them stuff - there are some agents by the pool selling excursions but if you decline they leave you alone, politely. I think people who complain about Grand Sirenis have either had very bad luck or are just complainers generally. The place works, and its good value for money.

Room service didnt really work when we needed to order food. Beware of the travel times with the excursions. We went to Isla Catalina and for the 3 hours we spent on the beautiful beach, we spent 9 hours travelling there and back. The buses pick people up and drop off from loads of hotels and Grand Sirenis seems to be the end of the line.

I loved the beach, pools and the resort total atmosphere and vibe. Japanese and French restaurants were great. We were upgraded to a family suit and David in the reception was very helpful.

The rooms and benches in the beach are dated. When you're getting shower, all the bathroom gets wet. Getting beverages in buffet takes ages. Also, tea or coffee in the mornings is always cold.

Perfect place for family holidays with children in different age. Varieties of options to choose from regarding what are you looking for - peace and relax or plenty of sport, dance and other animations both for the kids and adults. Quiet in the night, because the parties are in a different place of the resort....and the resort itself is huge, with lots of greenery, there is no feeling of crowd. Aquapark a few minutes away from the hotel with lots of fun even for the youngest. Very tasty cuisine and a few other restaurants to choose from with Japanese as a must-see and the little show from its chefs. Beach bars, pool bars with positive bartenders singin'. Superb nice staff, very helpful. We even recieved lunch after check-out.

The hotel has good food, the staff are friendly and kind, the surroundings of the hotel are clean, the pool is large and has different depths.

I didn't like that there aren't many activities at night, the live music doesn't last long, the walking areas have music in English which doesn't seem logical to me, people expect to hear native music from the place they're traveling to. You don't feel much of the culture of the country.
