The person checking me in was lovely and upgraded my room. The room was beautiful and made my birthday week extra special. The swimming pool and jaccuzzi were very relaxing and there was great choice for breakfast.

Service in the smaller restaurant area was quite slow. I asked what was the best way of getting back to the hotel lobby. The staff member said it was through the main restaurant. I didn't want to walk that way as I would have to walk in between tables with people dining, so I thanked her and went out and through the front entrance. As I left I could hear the staff laughing as I had asked her the way but not taken her advice.

This hotel was outstanding. We loved how close it was to the airport which made it incredibly convenient and it overlooks the beautiful port. We were upgraded to a sea view room on arrival and they had prepared a bottle and adorable birthday cake and macaroons which were delicious. Breakfast was outstanding and the buffet selection was fantastic meaning we almost didn’t need to order off the menu which was included. However, we did order the truffle eggs and they were amazing. The pool was amazing and perhaps it was because we went in September but people were not trying to save spaces with their towels which was a nice change. The view was gorgeous and it was so relaxing we barely wanted to leave the hotel. The food and drinks by the pool were amazing but not many people coming round to ask if you wanted anything. However, it is super easy just to get to the bar and order and they promptly bring it over. The restaurant we tried on the first night and it was lovely as well. The rooms were enormous and stunning. A very classy, nautical theme and there were high ceilings that further added to the sense of space. There were also lovely miller Harris products to use in the bathroom, on two of the nights there was a treat left by the bed - delicious pralines one night and a small bottle of olive oil on another which was a nice touch. The staff were always incredibly helpful as well and friendly. The area tivat itself is amazing with high end shops but also some lovely restaurants and you can get there within 5-7 minutes from the hotel. It is very easy to get to Kotor from the hotel, around 25 minutes in a car. We do recommend to have a car if you are thinking of seeing Montenegro however, just remember not to travel around 11am -1 pm because there is ALOT of traffic going through the tunnel so it took us almost 2 hours. The staff explained that can happen so it is best to avoid those hours. It is around 40 minutes to budva in the car from the hotel as well. Gym was great

Nothing it was all amazing

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have nothing but great things to say. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed with how quickly everything was taken care of. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – and a personalized welcome note really made a difference. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and the hotel offers a range of services that made my stay even more enjoyable, including a great breakfast and excellent housekeeping. I truly felt taken care of throughout my entire visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic luxurious hotel. Upgraded for my birthday and the views of the marina were absolutely stunning. Swimming pool is exceptionally good with an infinity pool overlooking the marina. Hotel staff generally were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in such a beautiful hotel and plan to return.

The bar staff at the pool suggested we hadn t paid for our one cocktail, which we had. Later we discovered extra drinks at the pool had been included on our bill. I think this was an error by the pool bar staff again and the hotel quickly removed them when we pointed out we were out on a boat trip at the time the extra drinks were purchased.

It is hars to only pick one aspect of our stay - my husband and I usually stay long-term in the apartments in Porto Village, but this time decided to give hotel a try and see whether we would like to book hotel long-term for this summer. The kindness of their staff, their professionalism and delivery are truly on an unparallelled level and they made our stay such a joyous one. We stayed in a premium room which was the right fit for a work corner for us both. Breakfast food was fresh and the service was so fast. Last but not least - SPA experience was on an expected level, but then turned into extraordinary once we experienced the massages with lovely Seher - she is truly the best therapist I’ve had - her reflexology and neuromuscular strength are highly recommended - we had to go back for more every next day - thank you Saher!

Excellent pools with a fabulous view. Despite the high season the pool never felt crowded, due to smart land design. Hotel gives fashionable and luxury vibes. The staff is professional on another level!Everything is thoroughly thought through. Attention to details and customer obsession in everything. I felt valued from the moment we went in and until we left. Our stay in the hotel was not planned. We had to wait to medical flight back home. The staff were helping us with reservations for three nights in advance every time without obligation. Delicious breakfast. Many alternatives and everything is fresh and tasty. Beautiful sitting area on the boardwalk. Best location in Porto Montenegro.

Liked everything.

Breakfast, great choice of food and nice outside terrace. Our room, spacious, bright with a beautiful view of the marina Location of the hotel really good especially if you are moving around with a boat not car. The bed is super comfy. The staff was friendly.

The fitness club is too small, with very little space available to work out. We had 6 people at the same time and it was not possible to find a spot. Spa, a weird location and messy-looking facilities. Not inviting at all.

The staff is simply excellent, very friendly and polite. They helped arrange a surprise for my wife's birthday, and we are very grateful to them for that! We could bring our cat along, great location, and a very beautiful sea view. There was also a decent spa, and in the room, there was a fantastic bathtub and shower, as well as a very comfortable mattress. We slept like babies. And the breakfasts were also very delicious! They also changed my room to one with a sea view, which was very pleasant as well!

I didn't like that everything had to be paid for, from a tea bag to a movie on the TV! The hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars at all. We've stayed in 3-4 star hotels where minibars and everything inside the room were already included in the price. The room itself was worn out, with lots of scratches and scuffs.

To be honest, that was one of the best hotels we stayed in ever!! The staff was amazingly kind and always helpful. Our room was super clean and comfortable. The parking was free and spacious. It is placed in a central position and very safe. Breakfast was no less than a shefs breakfast. During the evenings we ate in a nearby restaurant which is called “Gellardo” steakhouse. It is a gem for food lovers.

Absolutely nothing. Its a perfect hotel.

Wonderful hotel, all the staff were lovely and I had two of the best massages I’ve ever had in the spa.

Only thing I can think of is they use a bit too much salt in the cooking, but we found this everywhere we ate in Montenegro. And the blue cave is best seen at around 2pm on a sunny day, we didn’t know this so went in the morning and it wasn’t blue like it is in the pictures. Otherwise everything was perfect.
