The staff was very friendly. Because we had to check out super early, they let us into the breakfast bar to get food to go. That made a huge difference especially since we had a four year old with us. The fitness center was great! I did a workout while my husband and daughter played in the pool. Overall, I was pleased with our stay. A big thank you to the staff who accommodated us by letting us into the breakfast bar early! That really helped us out a TON!!

We were placed in a handicap room (none of us are handicapped) and the walk-in shower wasn't deep enough. Water spilled out onto the bathroom floor creating a big wet mess. Also, my daughter slipped and fell in the shower, which could have led to a serious injury. I slipped a little in there myself. You need to put anti-slip mats in there so people don't slip, get a serious injury, and sue.

There are plenty fuel places nearby and places for quick bite. The room was clean, many towals and pillos to use at your disposal. The bathroom was spotless. No craves was left uncleaned. The bed smell good. Pillos were comformballe.

The only bad part of my stay was the front desk experience—and keep in mind, I arrived at 1:49 AM. The person working didn’t greet me, didn’t say “good evening,” or even ask how they could help. It felt more like I was in a school cafeteria line than checking into a hotel. I get it. it’s the graveyard shift. It’s late, it’s cold, and people get tired. But still, hospitality means being welcoming, no matter the hour. However, if you aren’t accepting of all people, maybe don’t work at a place where people from different cultures and ethnicities may arrive.

We really enjoyed the pool, and breakfast every morning. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable for the most part. Pets were treated with pets and smiles. It was quiet and everything went very seamlessly. Great location - even though there is an adult club behind it, we never felt unsafe and the lobby doors even lock at night. Staff were excellent and friendly every day and night of our 10 day stay which says a lot!

The outlets were almost all loose, the extension cord overheated and broke my phone charger too. It would have been nice to be able to pay for additional meals but restaurants are close by. Eggs in the morning were rubbery, and food could have used seasoning. Lemon waffle mix and lemons in the ice water in the lobby were off putting but the girl in the kitchen was very kind. The wifi signal reset often, and the tv connection reset at least once daily making it hard to watch tv until you messed with it a bit (turning off/on, selecting source, etc.). No dairy free milk options and the surrounding stores and gas stations did not have any either. We bought a half gallon and turned it on its side in the fridge - which was very spacious for a mini fridge.

I stayed at this hotel while traveling on a road trip with a friend. We had been staying at roadside motels to save on costs. I appreciated that the front desk was open late and that the facilities were clean and comfortable.

One primary reason I was looking forward to booking a hotel instead of a motel was to have access to some premium television options for a change. However, this hotel had the same basic television as our roadside motels. I would have appreciated the option for a movie channel or a smart tv with Netflix availability, or some rental options available. I expect these additional entertainment options with a hotel.

The location was very nice. The breakfast was great. They had a nice variety to choose from. The room was very clean and very comfortable.

I did not like the fact that my key card kept giving me issues when I as trying to get into my room or into the hotel. We had just come back from a funeral and couldn't get into the hotel so I had to walk all the around to the front. It was freezing outside.

The woman at the desk in the morning was extremely helpful - went above and beyond. Room was clean and the AC worked great.

The business center computer keyboard didn't work and the printer was out of ink. Many of the outlets in the room either didn't work or plugs would fall out of the sockets. The lamp on the desk in the room was broken.

Checked in, and we asked for an extra crib..there it was ready for us in our room 204. It was clean lots of room for our babies to move around. Staff remembered us from a month before. Breakfast was awesome, and it felt like we could relax and not worry about our young kids. The dining room was full of different age children.

Great location! Not far from Iowa80 Truck Stop (great food, fun service), Denny's & Arby's. Moline and Rock Island are near. Comfortable. As for hotel breakfast goes, it is a bit above. (All the hotels/motels seem to have dropped in breakfast quality.) It has been our go to place for years.

The parking lot! It is horrible! Needs to be resurfaced. At least the holes filled in.

The property was very clean and tidy! It was located right off of I-80 which was very convenient plus it was a short 10 minute ride to downtown Davenport.

I was a bit leery of the property being right next door to a Gentlemen’s Club! We were staying at the property with two daughters and I was distrustful of the cliental that was going in and out next door.

The breakfast was exceptional. The area extremely clean and well stocked with more varieties than one could choose. The waffle maker was out of this world easy to operate.

Nothing could make our stay any better unless it was to stay longer!!!
