The woman staff who was attending the breakfast..She gave me two dirty trays with old food on both of them..Then argued with me that they were clean even after I showed her the food..Then she took them in the back wiped them and gave me the same trays that still had food on them..She refuse to give me another tray and said there wasnt any even though it was 7:15 and no one was in there except my daughter and I so there was no way all the trays were gone and I had to get dirty ones..She continued to turn me down so I asked the woman that the front desk for assistance and she give me two clean trays with a smile..I was thankful for her..

People at the front desk were very helpful and catered to every need. They were polite and always willing to help. Lovely crew.

Breakfast was until 10:00 am, I arrived around 9:40 and no hot food was left. When I asked for some, I was told that no more hot food was being made because bf was until 10:00am. After telling her that there were 20 minutes left on the clock, I was offered some hash browns and sausage. It was an unnecessary back and forth.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this property was! The property even had a bar which I wasn't expecting. Beautiful property.

It was very close to the freeway and I could hear the cars on the freeway but after midnight it quieted down - this is not the fault of the property.

The size of the room was larger the breakfast was a hot meal and the time foe the breakfast was perfect. The hotel was immaculate! The staff helpful and pleasant. I utilized the business center and the location was great. You can walk to restaurants, near Walmart, near manicurist and I appreciated the overall experience! And no iam not paid for this review. It was great!

We checked im at 830pm on Sunday and the Kady at the check in was super friendly! I left my charger in the room. They quickly returned it to me. We were did not have time to use the pool but it looks amazing!

The location was really good for going to TWU for my daughter's graduation. We stayed here in the pass so it was our first and only pick for staying. The breakfast was good and fruit was sweet. Even the coffee was good for a hotel.

The faucets in the bathroom fell off, sink and shower. We reported the problems and thought it would be fixed upon returning to the room Saturday night but NO it wasn't. My sister put both pieces in a ziploc bag and returned them during checkout. The manager on duty rolled her eyes and was unprofessional.

Great hotel. Very nice staff and a very nice breakfast. Will stay here again. Highly recommend

The sofa pull out bed isn’t comfortable but I don’t think any really are

The front attendant's checking in and out were both kind and courteous and super helpful. The attendant serving breakfast was also very helpful!

First floor was a little loud, I could see daylight outside the door which made it loud.

Didn’t know how nice the pool area would be! Unfortunately, didn’t bring swim wear! All employees we encountered were very friendly and professional!

Beautiful. Very well decorated. Comfortable. Elegant. Very clean. Staff were friendly, accommodating and always wore a smile. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10 and the food service staff were delightful. Gym was very nice but the pool and hot tub took my breath away. Best lodging I have ever stayed in. I am telling everyone what a beautiful facility this is. Absolutely Perfect!
