I was pleased for the shuttle, great breakfast, and friendly front desk. Staff are amazing! All staff! Great location allows for walking to dinner and stores. Great asset for travelers hoing to Sanford. Lobby was very clean.

The air freshener in the lobby was strong and was very bothersome to my allergies. The outside furniture is not safe! Chairs are barely hanging on by a thread, literally! Tables by pool and out back are unstable and no anchors for umbrellas. I would be sad to hear someone went through a chair and was injured. Purchase quality chairs that hold up the the sun.

The free breakfast, the 24 hour coffee machine, and the staff were what made our stay so memorable. There was access to a fitness room, laundry room and conference room, as well as a business center with computers and access to the internet. My grandma has dementia and she had an episode in the lobby bathroom. The staff was so patient, kind, and the lady at the desk used her previous caretaking knowledge to truly make my grandma feel safe and comfortable. She went above and beyond to help make not only our stay better, but help my grandma feel comfortable in a very stressful moment.

The hotel room smelled a little of mildew and mold, and I ended up getting a migraine (I'm allergic to modl and that is a side effect). The shower curtain was causing water to collect on the floor outside of the tub, and I also noticed the toliet seat was extremely loose.

We were given a room at the back of the hotel - it was quiet the way we like it! Room & bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was strong and steady. They also served decent breakfast, sufficient protein and carb options, that is always a plus. Great location, pretty close to Airport Rd.

Our stay went well so we could not complain. Couple observations, these are not deal breakers but would just like to point out: first, the carpeting on the second floor looked worn out and had a very weird, animal-like pattern. Secondly, the pool is also right in front by the driveway so not conducive to sitting out there and relaxing. Third, our room had some kind of blackout lining but ends barely met together so there was a line of light on the bed.

If I am flying into Sanford Airport I would book with Best Western again and again and again. The hotel was amazing and clean for the price it was surely the best. The staff were kind and the room was absolutely amazing. My kids had the most amazing time. The weather wasn't great but we still had a blast in the pool out front. The shuttle service was awesome as well and it is complimentary which is always nice. I couldn't have imagined a better place. Continental Breakfast, Pool, Complimentary Shuttle Service, Pristine Rooms. Book you next stay here you will not be disappointed.

This has become our place to stay when visiting family and friends the area. The staff has an excellent sense of service to their guests. All shifts and all staff. And that's the reason why we enjoy our stay in your hotel. Great job!

Jennifer the cashier was so very friendly and helpful. She got us in our room a bit early because we arrived too early, she was so nice to recommended us to go to Towne square to go shopping and have wonderful dinner and got us a shuttle to airport !! She is a excellent staff member and the young lady Gabriella who drive us to airport was very friendly and helpful too😊 We have never had such nice service

STAFF!!! The Staff were SO friendly!! Jaye is a gem and answered all questions with kindness and a smile. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfy! Great for a comfy stay the night before your flight at Sanford Orlando. Loved the clean room and delightful King size bed. Great pillows. Table and chairs, TV, fridge, microwave. We were shuttled to and from Airport, wonderful and so appreciated. Loved the GENEROUS breakfast!! Eggs, sausage, waffles, hot cereal, cold cereal, breads. Coffee machine makes Cappuccino, Latte, Hot chocolate, Mocha, Reg or Decaf coffee - available 24 hours! Also, a breakfast to go if you have an early flight! Computer and free printer in lobby if you need to print your Boarding pass. LOVE LOVE this hotel!!

It’s not the hotels fault, but there are few eateries nearby. If you don’t have a car, consider delivery.

Close proximity to the airport

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I did notice a couple things that needed to be addressed- the nozzle in the tub pulled away from the wall (it was addressed but didn’t fix it) and thing was paint flaking off on the wall just below the tub.

I have stayed on this property several times. The staff have always been very nice. The rooms have been clean and pleasant to stay in. The pool area isnt super big, but it has always been clean and open. When family comes in to town this is my go to place to stay. the rates are usually always reasonable. I enjoyed each of my stays and will continue to use this property in the future.
