Thanks to say accommodated for my service pets, and that we were on the 1st floor and that parking was close. And that there was photo in the mornings, breakfasts and the hot tubs was great

The doorknobs to the room to get in, were not working properly. The key cards shut off too easily and the food every morning was basically the same. Didn't have very much variety in the breakfast. Also, we had to go to the front office multiple times because the cards would stop working. Or our door wouldn't let us in. And it just told us to keep pushing harder, they never came down. 2 help

The location is perfect for our drive from Seattle to BC, Canada. We stopped just for a sleep along our drive. We were very pleased with the condition of this older facility. Very clean. Well equipped. The bed was comfortable but could probably benefit from updating. Excellent value for cost. The staff was kind and efficient. Nice selection of cold drinks at reasonable price upon check in. Good morning breakfast before resuming our drive. Will most definitely keep this as a go-to when we make this drive and would certainly recommend to anyone who is considering some of the newer options along the route. Newer does not equate to better, and this oldie is a goodie! (P.S. I NEVER leave reviews but really wanted to share our experience at this gem)

No complaints. This is truly rare for me.

I had a free upgrade to a king suite and the room was massive, included two bathrooms, a living room space and the bedroom. Felt very homey to have so much space. The room was clean and had everything we needed (nothing worse than missing things like soap, toilet paper etc). Bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast was awesome and was ready right at 6am.

The TV/ cable could use and update or upgrade. I was there only one night so didn't use it too much but it was a little lackluster. But other than that it was a great stay.

From the booking to getting checked in. To getting settled, all was a breeze. Which was nice since? we had driven a ways and had been in the car for several hours straight. The staff was very kind and made sure we had what we needed. Plus extra coffee K cups for morning. Housekeeping brought us extra towels, and TP. Nice to not have to walk down every time. They gave us a room on the 1st floor and near uw parking. So I could see my car plus not have to walk too far or take elevator. I walk with a cane due to health issues, so it worked well. For my sister as well. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and everything was fresh and stocked. Ladies were nice. Nobody rushed us out right at 930. The food was all very tasty. Impressed with the selection. Scrambled eggs. Potatoes.. sausage. Biscuits and gravy. Waffles. Yogurt. Bagels. Juices. Coffee. Everything you could want . Although, bananas would have been an and added bonus. But no complaints here. Everything smelled and looked amazing. The beds were very comfortable. Check out was smooth. Wished us well and said to come again. Definitely will be back! We had come into town to see a great band. "The Flock of Seagulls" . Was wonderful .

The area seemed nice for most part.Even with being so close to the freeway. I think the construction muffled it some. And a few homeless people hanging around. Overall things were fine. And was glad to see security too. We had issues with the door sticking and not opening knows. Not sure if it was from the weather or being pushed on alot. And know piece of the insulation kept falling down by the soda dispenser. The maintenance workers and all the people were Nice. Nothing really bad. Appreciate all who took time.

Breakfast was good. Clean rooms and facility. Safe neighborhood. great location. I would stay again.

Check-in was slow because the key machine was not working well. The front desk man was frustrated and got the manager to help. The manager was able to get machine to work. Everything was great after check in and we enjoyed our stay!

breakfast was good but the workers needed to be more on top of things running out or getting to low so they could replace it. coffee was out , creamer was out. loved the two sinks in the room. Didnt hear traffic at all

how long it takes to get my incidental deposit back. all rooms should have a make up mirror. Hate the traffic. do not know why ppl live there and do that daily. I feel there should be more eeg coffee than decaf,

I was surprised to have a little refrigerator and a microwave in my room - loved it! And getting a hot breakfast every morning was a definite plus. The food was good, nice variety, and the breakfast room was clean and cheerful. The bed was so comfy and I slept like a baby. I felt the value for the price (less than half the cost of the hotel across the street, which didn't have any of the extra amenities) was exceptional! I have family in the area and visit on a regular basis. But I like to stay in a hotel because it's more relaxing than staying with relatives. I will definitely be back!

From the minute I walked in the concierge Nova was so welcoming and answered all my questions about fun things in the local area. They gave great suggestions for food, drinks, and some live music. While waiting for an Uber, I did witness another employee verbally attacked by a customer and watched Nova come in to help de-escalate the situation. When people make commercials about Best Western Nova is the type of person in those commercials. I almost never write reviews like this but I am so amazed at their customer service skills remaining calm AND helping someone while being verbally abused by a client like that. Gold star customer service to Nova because I know I myself would have a hard time with that.

The staff are friendly and helpful. One lady called Nova assisted me alot. I even asked her to take some pictures for me and she agreed. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast. When I have a free day in the future, I will surely return. I will also recommend to my friends. I also liked the check out hours. 12:00 pm They also added me an extra hour with no charge. The idea of a kitchen was superb, very thoughtful Keep it up Best Western!

Maybe they can upgrade their tvs

The breakfast was very good. Great variety of choices from cereal to eggs to waffles, etc., and the breakfast room was updated and very cozy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was good too.

We know sometimes guests are unpredictable, but one night there were some young people in the pool area outside of our room and a girl was screaming. The staff at the desk just watched on the monitor. It should of been dealt with right away since our room was right there and it was late at night.
