When I went to rent the room the cleaning lady cleanedh room for 2 hours and let me tell u I appreciate her takeing her time because there's 2 ways of doing things 1. Right 2. Again. So it was awesome I really only dealt with front desk staff but Luka was vibrant and awesome.

1 of the burners didn’t work walls was nasty & toilet stool was leaking water behind toilet

The location and friendly help and maintenance was fast

The mirror fell off the wall when me and a couple of friends were talking in the living room

It was conveniently located next to the bus routes and store it was easy to get every where I needed to go

There was nothing I didn't like the staff were friendly and helpful

Privacy

I had to ask for clean towels; I had two (2) floor mats and one face cloth, when I checked in. When I asked for a towel from housekeeping I was given one but when I asked for a hand towel from the desk I was told that I was supposed to wait 'til the end of the week. There was what looked like vomit on my door stop that could have been there the whole time however, I only noticed it the 4th day I was there.

It's mostly peaceful and easy check in and check out staff was friends. No hassle or difficult procedures.

Locking doors towards the stairways and being more strick on entrance like the Puyallup Hometowne studios

I liked how comfortable and nice the room was. It had a full size fridge, microwave, and stove

probably the little to no lights around the corner going into Meyer grocery store

The receptionist that helped me check in was awesome!! I had problems with the booking and payment online, it took me forever to figure it out but she was so patient and was super excited for me once I got it all figured it!! Lol

The card keys kept malfunctioning. I had to go in the office multiple times to have them reset. There were a few broken things I noticed. I took pics to make sure they didn't try to charge me for them. They were already this way when I went into the room.

I arrived late due to a delayed flight, and the front desk staff was exceptionally understanding and kind. Easy check in process. Room was clean and spacious.
