The hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. The coffee service was located in an adjacent property. We had to go about a block away to get our morning coffee. It was good, but a little of an inconvenience.

The fan control on the room a/c did not work, only on the lowest setting.

I was apprehensive given the rating of this hotel but was pleasantly surprised on arrival. Given the location and price, it was a good, affordable option. Staff was also very friendly. Also gave the option of storing luggage after check-out for a few hours.

The mattress was too soft. I hard a time sleeping on it. Addition of breakfast would be great.

Shower is nice room are very small but its ok.it French what u expect haha Receptionist are fantastic very polite and friendly house keeping very nice and generous I asked towel they came up right away..sometime Reception is busy out about so if they don't pick up phone just got down

$45 parking daily is way over price should be $20 but guess better than getting ur car towed safe parking lot at least.

I was a solo traveler and felt very safe being there by myself which is a huge plus. It is right next to much more expensive hotels and the neighborhood felt very safe. The hotel is very cute from the street and the bar/lounge area is cute and cosy. It was very reasonably priced for this area so if you are on a budget it is a fine option.

The air con was a very old unit and very noisy. I had to turn it off at night because it would stop and start up again repeatedly. The rooms are fine but could do with a refurbish - bit tired although the bathroom was nice.

A small boutique hotel for great value for this part of Beverley Hills, ideal for a stop off and great location.

The air con units in the room were really noisy, there was a good bar but no food available but it is very central . Note that parking is a extra $40.00 per night if you need it.

Prime location! Walking distance to Rodeo Drive, shopping complex and short Uber ride to other great locations. Randy at the bar was a true gentleman.

The room we had was relatively small (not much room for luggage if you’re travelling) but to be expected. The location is so good you won’t spend much time in your room.

No coffee or tea in the room but the staff was so nice to give us a kettle to use in the room.

Has the cutest charm, original 1920s hotel. The neighborhood is great. It is not as big as contemporary hotels but I loved it. Most interesting to me was lively 70+ group living it up in the lounge like they are still 21.

It is the second time I go and the room I have got at the second floor was definitely better than first time. Nice, plenty of light. Beverly hills is usually very expensive and this hotel is a good price /quality ratio. I would not go if more expensive. I will be back

Staff were so nice! Very comfortable bed with crisp quality linen, beautiful marble bathroom with fluffy quality towels and some toiletries. Drink on arrival was a nice touch! Location is perfect to walk to rodeo drive, cafes, and luxury hotels for meals or cocktails.

The bedroom deco is out of date and needs a full makeover. The building itself is looking a bit tired too
